    Thank you for sharing another good looking recipe with us. When I use chinese cabbage, I use it raw, because I like the light and crunchy flavour & texture. I like a salad of cooked shrimps (cold), shredded chinese cabbage, thin rice noodles and herbs like mint or coriander. With a dressing of soy sauce, fresh chili, lime juice and a little bit of honey. You can also sprinkle some toasted peanuts over the salad, or add crunchy radishes etc.

      Thank you for sharing your recipe for fresh Chinese cabbage! I like fresh Chinese cabbage salad too. However, in Japan, the culture of eating raw Chinese cabbage is not so major. Even though it is delicious.
