Right at the beginning, why using the small ceramic bowl to fill eggs in to just put them into the big pot then? Why not put them immediately into the big pot?

豚肉は事前に低温調理されてるように見えますね。これだけ肉が厚いと揚げだけでは火が通りにくいですもんね。
