There are some glaring flaws with this build Specifically, instead of dumping 12 points into messiah which will save you once a year, you can spend those points on resilience aced, which is a must have for ANY loud build, then also close by aced, which is a must have for any shotgun build, and also surefire basic for 30 free rounds in the SMGs Also, since the build doesn't feature inspire, quick fix instead of painkillers will get you way faster medic bag deployment, saving you in critical situations
@@tsrker7211 Eh no, not really, I would much rather have just generally useful utility skills, messiah is too expensive for the niche usecases, most people on DS:OD use inspire and if you play with bots, they'll just res you no matter what
Dragan's breath is better in consoles with 30m range and better lethality. And it pierces shields too so you can drop shock and awe aced for something else you want to get.

@@aussiehighlands2715 the point reduction comes from the infamy bonus Depends on what you want out of your weapons, I mod it the way I did to fit it under 5 detection rate for crits and extra dodge Treat dodge as a safety net and an aggression tool. Dodge will help out if u take cover and move smart. Nothing will help you if you can't.
Inspire isn't even all that op, it is just brain-dead but that kinda fits into the MO of this build too I suppose. It would be easy to change stuff around to accommodate inspire if that's something people wants.

Best DSOD build ever made, I still die despite taking cover and being careful. Might just quit games altogether at this point. Doesn't help I have no friends / no one joins my lobbies so I'm stuck with fucking bots. Infamy 4 and still can't complete a DSOD heist that isn't stealth, might as well uninstall
im noticing that the tombstone damage is very low especialy on dsod and can barely trigger healing and at most is a meme build honestly i think im doing somethin wrong
They changed the dot damage mechanics, now you have to shoot once and wait for the effect to trigger cause shooting the same guy ove and over just restarts the effect, which means low damage.
OK so I just tried those weapons and the perk deck no more than 2 minutes after finishing GO Bank on DSOD and it worked like an absolute charm. I just had to make sure I stuck to cover, use my ECMs when needing health or some time to do an objective and it was job done no problem My only problem is, why the hell do players get so uppity about using a build that makes the games easier? 1) You're not playing against any human players. Nobody on the receiving end is gonna call bullshit 2) You're working as a team. Meaning that so long as it helps the team progress and complete the objective, what's the big deal? 3) Its DSOD. A sneeze from a Dozer is gonna knock you down and have you flipping whatever object you have closest to you. If you ask me, if you're doing DSOD, all gloves come off and its free reign to use whatever busted or broken combos you can
My problem with using builds that are too strong is that, it makes you a lazy player. You can't improve unless you don't go out of your comfort zone. This is why people tend to be more rebellious against builds like these. Improving at a game is half the charm when it comes to gaming in general.

Then again, I'm someone who believes that games that do nothing for increased difficulty other than "You get hit harder but you deal less damage" just isn't fun to me. It is not really unfair design nor challenging. Also crackdown is fun, but it's fun factor comes from its skills rather than the actual design. In fact crackdown tends to be even more brain-dead compared to vanilla, resmod or eclipse.

get rid of close by and get locke n load basic. It lets you sprint with both guns and fire now instead of just with grim. This is for slightly more optimization if you really want it. (you can also get rid shotgun cqb and ace locke n load for 100% faster reloads most of the time instead of the grim having a 35% faster reload all the time)

My payday 2 is glitched stating I don’t have the casino dlc or the gage ninja dlc and I can’t use the sub 2000 (cavity 9) or the vector 9mm although it’s literally purchased in my inventory and I can sell them… I don’t know how to fix it. I paid for those things years ago I quit playing around when I was 16-17? I’m 22 now and just started playing shooting games again and I’m so bad I used to maintain at least a 1.2+ k/d on BF4, R6S and did well on payday but I died playing White Xmas on very hard lol. You can't spam the grim anymore on pc because dot mechanic changes. You have to tapfire and wait for the poison to finish. The playstyle is slower now compared to the gameplay provided in the video. For the other change pls check the pinned comment.

You can't spam the grim anymore on pc because dot mechanic changes. You have to tapfire and wait for the poison to finish. The playstyle is slower now compared to the gameplay provided in the video.

It is vanilla fov. Set to 100. Guns are sometimes in different positions but I manually move them somewhere different using perfect view model mod.

Nope. Just not a fan of the low violence mode mod.
I didn't liked it at first but overtime I started to appreciate the fact that the floors aren't covered in bodies all the time. This game passed the even the basic expectations or realism a long time ago so I don't even care if the bodies stays there or not.
That's fair for corpse limitation. I'm just not a fan of the mod as it comes across counter productive to its 18/M rating.
@@SnackToxin yeah sadly things are changed. Recently I come across the concept artists statement in a discord server about the current dev teams aesthetic choices and it kinda broke my heart. Whomever is leading the game's aesthetic direction rejected few of his mask designs I believe.
Anyways I don't wanna ramble here about payday 2's deteriorated and clashing aesthetics. Maybe some other time.

im playing on xbawks is their any good replacements to tombstone slugs, i tried dragons breath and coukdnt really kill medics and cloakers without swtiching to the smgs any good replacemnts or better slugs or secondary.
Dragons breath is your only other option for a build liken this I am afraid
