    Thanks for this, Roger! Metta practice that I learned during a month-long retreat, was the catalyst for my first big heart opening. Thanks for spreading this knowledge. The world needs more love💞

    Metta is my greatest tool for transmuting terror during kundalini awakening. Thanks for the video

      Btw do you have any thoughts about this ?
      It seems like being stuck in this for 20 years might just be piling more conditionings on. How can I go from a classical kundalini awakening (all about energies, semi psychedelic states, a lot of terror and bliss) to dissolving into emptiness. Or is this the same as the Third and 4th paths?

      @@jacobschapira without knowing too many details about your personal experiences I can't assume too much. It could be the transmutation moves you're making are actually a coping mechanism which is preventing you from fully feeling the depth of those emotions - this can be a subtle or not so subtle bypassing technique which doesn't allow those energies to fully work themselves out (hence why they keep appearing).
      For insights along the paths a good guide is no matter the content of experience (however psychedelic and mystical or mundane or scary) keeping focusing on the 3 Characteristics: 1)Unsatisfactoriness 2) Impermance 3) No-self. No matter the content, it's all empty!

    Very nice. Idk why but most of this year I was able to enter jhanas and other meditations in a few minutes but now its like I cant focus and I at all. Is this normal?

      Totally normal and not even necessarily a sign of regression in practice. Life comes in cycles and seasons, and now may not be 'the season of concentration' for you, perhaps it's time to explore other practices 😊
