Harry seems to go to other countries without any problem. The Sussexes recently went to Jamaica for the launch of the Bob Marley film, they sat in a cinema auditorium full of ordinary people and nothing remotely dangerous happened. He is a joke.

Am I the only one who feels disturbed by the way Harry's comment "it would look bad on you if something happens to me or my family" sounds like a threat/threatening??
It's even more disgusting that he invokes his mother and her death by the paparazzi chasing her, but there's rumors that they are actually paying Backgrid for paparazzi treatment.
And they want the British and foreign taxpayers to subsidize their security.

I as a taxpayer think it's a great decision. Why should a traitor to Crown, Country & Commonwealth make us pay for his security? Such a cheek. He does nothing for us & I don't consider him a Prince anymore after all his lies & constant attacks on our RF.

Harry will have security when coming to the UK with 29 days notice.. Harry's goal is getting an IPP status where every country he visits or lives the taxpayers will pay..
Harry needs to pay his own security as a celebrity since he is no longer a working royal..and no longer the "spare".. Harry needs to start actual working and not trashing his family for $$$

I think that you have the best view on this. If he wrecked a car in Japan, he would be immune to criminal charges. That is exactly why he wants his IPP status so Megsy can shoplift!
He and M would have access to the private information of anyone, for any reason. Their paranoia and vindictiveness would make this a nightmare.
He's pushing to have IPP status.....that gives him clear knowledge about every single person in the royals on where, how and why they are going to be.
Him having IPP status would definitely be a nightmare for his family. Seems as though he expects to get what he wants....the late Queen squashed him from having the IPP status once he left the family...he expects to get whatever he wants. This gives him clearance of never being prosecuted for any of there wrongdoings.....
IPP gives him diplomatic immunity also. He would be an internationally protected person .
That includes diplomatic immunity. If he hits a bicyclists in Japan, he can run home and not face criminal charges. He may have to pay the family but possibly not do jail time.
That is what he wants. IMMUNITY.
He should tell his wife to stop telling paps where she will be, and rolling down blacked out bullet-proof windows to wave to people .
and to stop walking in car parks where she could be at risk of rotten tomatoes.
Harry still seems to be missing the point that his mother was in a car being driven by a drunk driver, over the speed limit, and wasn't wearing a seatbelt. Thats the reason she died, not because of security issues. I am not in the least surprised by the judgement and believe it to be the correct decision
Diana travelled many places without security people. Always surrounded by paps. Harry should take a page out of his mother’s book

@@ingridkoppers4540 She also courted publicity. A lot of it made sense as it highlighted a lot of her good works, but it's a double edged sword. When the paps are used to you being available and high profile they will go out of their way for that exclusive photo.

From what I understand, Henry has to put up a bond for court cost even if he wins. The court gets paid and I think From what I have read that even though he won on another case he had to pay the court.

Speaking of safety…I am concerned about Harry mentioning Prince William’s children, along with using their pictures, in the Hulu program (and another time I believe). Does PW have any legal way to prevent Harry from including his children in any more programs or interviews he may be a part of. Harry’s hatred/vendetta against Prince William and his family seems to be gaining momentum and could possibly get dangerous. Floof is adorable!!

How can Harry appeal against an appeal?
UK top court is the Supreme Court, below them are Senior Courts, Court of Appeal, High Court, Crown Court, magistrate and county courts. He hasn't made it to the Supreme Court yet, so he has a ways to go.
@@xo2quilt thank you, Blackbelt Barrister seemed to express that the judge was pretty comprehensive in his decision and that the court is not the place for remedy. It looks pretty likely that it will fail in appeal as there is no legal basis on which the decision can be changed. I was wrongly of the understanding you only got to appeal a judgement once and that would appear to be a mistake. I don’t like the sound of so many appeals ahead. Will Harry have to pay costs having lost his case?
Go on Harry appeal so you lose again so we can take more money from you because your not going to win too bad lol😅
@@juliehowman3912 I would assume he would have to pay costs for both sides every time he loses. The UK courts seem to be very good at holding the losing party accountable for the costs of the winning party. However, you can never get back the waste of the Court's time.
@@xo2quilt maybe that is why the courts penalise the loser so only necessary court cases are brought to them, ie the winnable ones of which Harry seems to have none. Even on the one he had a partial win on he lost because the court ordered he was responsible for the costs and his award was less than a third of the estimated legal fees. I wonder if he will learn that not everything amounts to a lawsuit. One has to question his legal advisors unless of course he refuses to listen to them too. He is known for getting his own way.
I think Harry would be stunned at what little impact an attack on him would have. I would not wish anything to happen to him or his family, but if he thinks the world would mourn in the way they did for his mother or grandmother, Imo he is deluded.

Our wise late, wonderful Queen gave the little snot a year to think (& maybe read the contract?) about what he stood to lose. More than fair imo. He had ample warning. I understand just Harry is going for taxpayer paid security in the UK, but would he stop there? Would he want IPP status next? I'm Canadian and do not want my tax dollars being used on their security whenever they burden us with their presence. Heck, they used our RCMP (security) to run errands! How insulting! I wasn't surprised, but I am relieved he lost.
I wrote a letter to then Prince Charles from New Zealand when Prince Harry started his case against RAVEC Committee. I stated in my letter that Prince Harry had walked away from his Royal duties (to gain his financial freedom in USA) and there is NO WAY British tax payers should pay for Harry's security in UK or anywhere else in the world. As her late Majesty put it so succinctly at the time "Harry can't have it both ways!" Thank God the Queen had her best advisors with her during the Sandringham summit with now Mr Harry Windsor or is it now Sussex. 😢

They were also hoping that they would get access to Confidential I5 & MI6 access to secret information but also become immune to being taken to court or charged for any illegal actions. Sounds reasonable to decide security on a case by case basis. IPP status is what they’re after; now that the children have the titles, it is a relentless effort to get everything they feel they were denied, when their half in half out scheme was rejected by the late Queen. I understood that a speeding drunken driver was responsible for the car crash and that a body guard, maybe he was the driver, was with Dodi and Diana. So that’s no basis for Harry’s argument.

Very good that judge ruled against decision. Harry is delusional and his behavior towards his family makes it so he does not deserve what he wanted. Further, he seems so mentally disturbed and wants to continue to harm his family as so far that his wife abused Princess Charlotte and his wife wants the whole of Wales family to die in a plane crash. If anything, the Royal Family needs to really firm up their security in order to protect themselves from the malice of Harry and his wife.

Plus have info on all intelligence. He and her would be a time bomb especially as they want to shut up free speech in America the first Amendment. His wife has asperations of American politics. Royals are not supposed to do this, in UK royals do not vote. Personally seeing what the problems the Biden (which is supported by MM and Harry) administration is causing not a lot to chose. Biden is not a fan of the UK royal family he's holding grudges for his mother and the old UK Irish conflicts. Like Harry the two of them are fixated with their mothers and won't let go. Both are literally guided by their wives. One thing about Trump he really did have respect for our Late Queen. Biden didn't even go to her funeral, I'm sure Trump would have if he was in power. If he wants a safety net perhaps he should consider being a decent human. Perhaps he should consider an overwhelming population does not share his opinion of his wife and stop shoving her down our throats. And if he truly doesn't want history to repeat itself, perhaps he should wear his seatbelt at all times especially during high speed car chases. Being the great protector of his wife, perhaps he should encourage said wife to wear her seatbelt as well. Hopefully when his children are allowed to see the light of day, they too will be bucked up.
Question - Americna here: Since Harry lost, boes he have to pay for the courts time? And if he appeals and loses there too, will he have tpo pay for thr courts time? If not, I feel its an egregious waste of taxpayer dollars.

Daniel, how can he appeal when the judge has made it clear that as a non working Royal he is not eligible for a full security? How many times can he appeal and meanwhile, we, the taxpayer have to pay no matter how many times he appeal?

He is not troubled at all and I say that because if he was he would not made a target of himself about how many people he terminated when serving - everyone knows that has served that is a huge no no. Then the fake chase, he is fraud.
