You're comment assumes that Harry knows what he's doing. On the contrary, he does "dumb things" because there clearly is some sort of mental issue that cripples him from having sound judgement. So, you can't expect a mentally challenged man to make any sense when mental illness is not supposed to make sense in the first place. Evidently, there is something wrong with Harry, all to the advantage of the legal sharks and to Harry's unfortunate detriment.

Please, UK citizens, understand that the US will not recognize IPP status. IPP is a European idea meant to protect European monarchs, that is it’s origin. Harry has undoubtedly been told that there will be no “IPP” for him here. The US will give it a nod diplomatically but the US will never provide security for him. The entire idea of IPP is an offense to our Constitution. If someone has been invited here for an official visit the US will of course provide security. But that’s not Harry’s situation and someone said that after being denied an appeal today he declared the US his official domicile. I see lots of problems for him doing that. Lol. For starters, Americans don’t like him or his wife. Then is the question of his status here. Which is still in question. I don’t believe he is legally situated, as a titled prince , to simply make such a declaration Certainly it is unprecedented especially as he & his wife are attempting to use those titles here. I also think he’s going to run into problems by claiming he has 2 children in this country. He does not have 2 children, period. He will have to produce those children at some point. Trust me that the CIA, FBI and MI6 already know he has no children. The boy child’s parentage is in serious question and there exists no girl child, especially as they claim this child is an American. Whoever the boy is he does not live with them. He is being coddled here as well as the UK, likely now because your king is ill. 🇺🇸

He submitted a FAKE NYCPD letter to the court on the last day of the trial. The cabby said there was no chase. The police issued a written statement at the time say, after they investigated, there was no need to pursue the case. He needs to be charged with making a false police report and charged for the police time involved.

Note here tho that the cab driver had nothing to do with the chase part of the drama. The chase happened PRIOR to them getting into a cab that went nowhere !! The pap were chasing them when H&M were in their blacked out 4x4. Me-again set up a photo shoot with the paps agtervthe event they attended, then instead of stopping for the pics to be taken , instead H&M lead them on a chase thru NY , slow and tedious but still a chase , as in the paps had to pursue H&Ms vehicle until they got out and got into the cab. It was all a total set up byH&M ... the instigator being Me-again !!!!

When I was a student we had a visiting talk by a housing law expert. I shall always remember his advice. Avoid going to court at all costs, avoid dispute, he said his job was to teach us to stay out of trouble, be careful act with ethics and negotiate. That advice has stayed with me for many years.

I think this is all related to Harry’s sense of self-worth. Anything that shows the world that he is relevant and worthwhile simply because he was born into the RF is something he will cling to “irrationally “. Nothing else in his life, other than this over-the-top security demonstrates that he is more than the sniveling talentless ill-intentioned creature that we all see before us … “ah, but look at all these burly protection men, and the cavalcade…. keeping you low-lifes from getting near me and asking me embarrassing questions about my children”. THAT’S how much better than you I am.
Seems to me he's trying to force his family and the government to say "You're right, Harry! You *are* being singled out and picked on because we don't like you!" And then he can throw a fit and try to garner sympathy. So annoying.
As someone who is clueless on the law, I've seen multiple people stating he will also lose an appeal. My question is, if it's highly likely that he's not going to be successful, shouldn't his legal team be advising him to stop pursuing it? Also, can his legal team refuse to go further? Does Harry's addiction to litigation, and pursuing cases he can't win, look bad on his legal team? At this point, I don't think I'd hire them if I needed legal representation.
I've just bought house insurance and will qualify for legal help if the lawyers in any eventual litigation think that I have at least a 50 % chance of success. Can't someone apart from H's lawyers assess his chance of success? He prob refuses to listen to them.

I think part of the reason he wants his security back is then he can go after his IPP status. Then his security in America gets paid for saving him 2-3 million dollars a year. It can also get his wife out of her lawsuit with her sister Samantha. Also their taxes are dodgy at best...they want immunity from all the shady stuff they do.
The US does not recognize IPP status. It is an offense to our Constitution. I don’t understand why Brits think he could have that “status” in the US.
@@Bronte866 because the US does give privileges for IPP status. It's like diplomatic status. You think New York doesn't help pay they're security when they're there? They do. That's another reason people want to see the visa information. There's a good chance he's still riding on his diplomatic visa and we're paying for a lot with him. We have no idea exactly how much money is wasted on crap like that in the US because we aren't told. If police are stopping traffic then most likely the taxpayers are paying.

In Harry's mind, he is a Royal, therefore, he is entitled to all the perks. He thinks that going to Invictus and doing the odd bit of charity that he and his vile wife do, he is doing those things for the Royal Family and that means he is a working Royal - half in and half out. My opinion only.
That I feel is exactly the message H$m send. They use titles to try to instill in us that they are half in half out, regardless of what the LQE11 told them they were not to do. It's a middle finger to the RF that the RF doesn't get to call the shots. They will do whatever they want and there is nothing the RF can do about it, seems to be working for them. If KC would just put out a statement saying that H$m do not represent the RF on any level, and what they do has no connection to the monarchy at all, it would clear alot of things up. He should state that while they have titles, the RF has taken away the privilege of use based on the fact that they are no longer working or seniour members having given that up of their own accord. KC really should have done this long ago. That way their titles would not be recognized anywhere. They would be seen as average citizens and nothing more. I don't understand why he hasn't done that. His position is NOT to support a traitor, but to support " the British people. I don't believe the LQ if she were here would have allowed this behaviour to continue. She was for the people and the oath she took to protect and serve. I don't know why Americams support H$m in any way using their titles, after they have shown the world who they really are. Didn't the judge say something about the claimant's inability to engage with or take on board the legal and constitutional points which were being made to him, repeatedly, during the discussion processes before Megxit. H just doesn't hear what he doesn't want to hear, and seems to believe that reality has to change to accommodate him, rather than the other way around.

Their moving away was obviously an emotional, knee-jerk reaction. Didn't think it through. Probably thought they would get what they wanted in the end by 'blackmailing' the RF by threats and so-called exposes. I would hate to be in their home in the evenings when things fall flat and the pair try to fathom out their new plans.
I think it was always Meghan’s plan to return to the USA. During their engagement interview, when Harry said Meghan would be ‘another member of the team’, she put her head down. That gave me an inkling that they had different expectations for the future.
Our late Queen realised it was an emotional, knee jerk reaction, which is why they were given a full year to consider the full consequences of leaving the RF.

Harry is not used to being told "NO". I also think it gives him attention he may not get otherwise - both from the public and his family. The reality of him leaving as a working royal is starting to hit, and is hitting hard.
The problem for him, is that every time he throws a tantrum, the royal family ignore him. I had bought a car on a "hire purchase" arrangement. Stupid thing caused me nothing but grief. It got to the point where it would have cost me more to repair than the car was worth. But I hadn't finished paying for it. My mates told me to check the terms and conditions - and they were correct; I had paid more than 66% of the cost of the goods so could return the goods to the lender and be not liable for the difference. The lender was not happy and so I had to employ a legal firm. I was proven correct, but paid an amount in legal fees that it would have cost to pay off the loan. A truly Pyrrhic victory! But, of course, this is what the crooked lender was expecting!

Not everyone else has the same security anyway! Only The King, Queen, PoW, Catherine and the kids get 24/7 security. The rest of the WORKING royals only get security provided to them when they are performing public duties or there is a threat. The NON working royals do not have security provided (again unless there’s a threat). If they want security they have to hire private security. What the Home office is offering Harry is actually MORE than the other non working royals get, it’s the same as the working royals, just not as much as the Principles.
The appeal should be refused. He should foot the bill.

Harry is vigorously pursuing the security case so he can ultimately get IPP status reinstated.
Then he wouldn’t need to pay security for Harry, Meghan, Doria, or the children. It would be the countries they visit or live in that would pick up the tab.

He doesn’t need protection for being royal, he needs protection for dehumanising the people he killed. I don’t think I’m responsible for that and I don’t feel I should pay for that.

I will always remember that demand he gave to Backgrid to hand over photo's of the silly car chase, the wording was so pompous and demanding, that's what Harry is pompous, demanding and entitled. He does get security I agree with others that he wants IPP status

Why is the King's youngest son continuing to pursue this? It's really very simple, it seems to me. It's vanity, pure and simple. He cannot bear the thought that he is now - owing to his own actions by stepping back as a working royal - he is an absolute nobody. He'll get his security when and if he is ever with the family in UK. But if he comes here on a shopping trip, or to visit non-royal friends and some other vanity project, why the hell should the nation pay for his security just so he and his duplicitous wife can strut about feeling important? When they are so clearly NOT important.

His continued litigation is definitely curious, although I remember Lady C (I think it was her, may be mistaken) talking about media blackouts, and that, as long as people are in litigation they can request certain press blackouts if it may affect their case. There was talk at the time of their children being under such a restriction so journalists couldn't delve too far into their existence, where and who they are etc. Could this be one of the reasons H keeps litigating stuff for no (apparent) reason? Of course then getting IPP status would also give him that same continued blackout/ protection. Just a thought.

I’ve been a defendant in a lawsuit here, in the USA. Where litigation is cruel and common. The plaintiffs knew my husband had recently (3 months prior) been diagnosed with stage 3C aggressive cancer. The litigation went on for 3 years, and in that time his cancer spread. They knew this but figured we would do what they commanded. We couldn’t afford to do what they commanded. I won the lawsuit….. against my family. That’s right….. my family. NO ONE WINS IN A LAWSUIT. Choose your quality of life first, unless a truly heinous act has occurred.
Not only is he not living in the UK anymore, he is only back in the UK sporadically. So his assertion of entitlement to a 24/7 RPS service on standby makes absolutely no sense. In my working life - I was involved in quite a few legal cases. After a few rounds, if you are paying any kind of attention, it is pretty clear that battling all the way to court is very, very, very rarely a good idea. We were often on the defense side of things - and I saw so many people just crushed when they didn't get what they wanted -- usually because what they wanted was either not really achievable, or wasn't actually going to address the issue they were upset about. I worked for government - and we would often waive costs - but even then I'd see people just crushed by the whole thing.

He should now be considered as a vexatious litigant and denied some cases he tries to bring to court. He and the Mrs are clearly suffering from poor mental health and as such should be treated with this in mind. All in my opinion of course.

He doesn't want to give notice of when,what,with who for how long etc. He wants his old way of security to do what he wants, when he wants, with who he wants without anyone knowing. If he on the sour of the moment wants to do something, go somewhere he wants to be able to with security. So one begs the question, what is he wanting to do that he doesn't want ravec to know of even though hia aide keeps saying where he is going to be and do. Every country to pay for his security and he doesn't have to. He doesn't have a greater security threat than King, Queen and Wales family. A good attorney will give sensible advice but you will have a client that wants what they want, either you do it or they find an attorney that will do what they want no matter what.

There is nothing worse than going through a lawsuit. It takes up so much space in your brain. The fact that he has about four lawsuits left, there is no way he is living in a healthy mental state. He wakes up every day angry, speaking to his attorneys as if they are his therapists (charging him for every minute he talks to him). Harry just comes across as a very angry person who keeps looking for justice in his mother's tragic demise. He will never get it. There is no satisfaction. Even if he does win. Does $500k make him feel better?
Harry's behaviour has been irrational since....he met and married Me-Again. It was probably somewhat irrational before that, but he had good counsel and the Palace covered up a lot, I think. I believe he's doing this for....."love"....or whatever stands in for love with the world's most toxic couple. He wants to PROVE that he's a big bad protector of her. And she has no boundaries whatsoever; everything she wants should be given to her on a golden platter yesterday. Dual kingship, ongoing financial support from Charles, some 'light royaling', etc. etc. etc. Unless the Harkles are struck off the line of succession, their madness and manipulation of the Royal Family will continue.
Harry's pursuits in the courts has become his raison d'etre. Further, he's never had to accept a firm 'no' or be accountable for his decisions. Nor has he had to manage his finances.

If he is challenging the decision he should be liable for all expenses incurred by the Court services. IE: no charges to be paid by public funds, he loses he pays.
"The fool and his money are soon parted?" I cannot imagine such huge sums of money being wasted that could have been used for good! He is like a solitary lemming heading for a cliff!

He wants IPP status for financial and personal reasons. I suspect he has grown up being very envious and jealous of William, paranoid about security and with a great hatred of the Media. Megain discovered the RF was always going to treat them as number 2 (and eventually even lower when George gets older) and her ego couldn’t stand that.
She convinced Harry that they’d have more money and freedom outside, but Harry hadn’t anticipated the cost and is now furious with the UK and his family. The fact That all their plans have failed and they are running out of options is driving him to double down on attempting to fix all his perceived enemies via litigation. This aIs also doomed to fail, although he’ll have a few small wins along the way.

There are several reasons that Harry is pursing this. Most are utterly unnecessary. For instance:1) MM is pretending to Royal and wants that grandeur of security around her to distinguish her from other celebrities; 2) Harry acting as a petulant man who thinks the world owns him because he was born a royal, but not taking into account that his aunty, uncles and cousins do not have the security he demands. They only have it when they work on behave of the King. Harry and MM chose this lifestyle; 3) Since Harry has used his mother for his own existence, he may feel that he needs this to protect his family, especially when his wife has come out from the moment she met him that she is Princess Diana 2.0, and is probably having a go at him for not fulfilling his promise; 4) They simply cannot afford it anymore and may have to ask the King, but as long as the King keeps it hush hush. However, I personal think that there are two reasons. The first is because Harry and MM are 100% jealous of Prince William and Princess Catherine, and thinks that everything William and Catherine have they should receive it also. Harry thinks that even though he has left the firm he should receive all the perks associated with the firm. Imagine you work for your fathers company, its well know internationally. Then you leave. But you demand the head of the family that you should still have the perks associated with the company despite not working for it. That is what is happening to Harry. He may belong to a famous family, but he left the business and should not be entitled to the perks. As Scooby Doo said, they 'are constitutionally irrelevant.' However, the main reason is that MM and Harry want that IPP status. With this status, they can then go travelling, doing their tours, signing up to more business, shaking more hands, and for MM, merching my expensive clothes since nobody invites her anywhere. This is what eludes them, because they no longer want to be royals of American, they want to be Royals of the world. They know they cannot compete with the true Working Royals because they have no status and money to do this. I bet one of the reason the website was set up was to anticipate Harry winning this case. The problem with this is that for every country they visit, the people of that country will have to pay for their security - they cannot say no, like the prime minister of Canada did, when they first enter the country after Megxit. Also, it will mean that they will be able to get full intelligent about themselves, and other people. That includes members of the Royal family along with people that catch them out - especially the press and those on social media and UA-cam. They will have diplomatic status so they can dish out their narrative without people, especially the press, able to crititise them. So for me, It is because of the IPP status and what it do for Harry, but especially MM. If she can get this status, if she divorces Harry, she can demand in the divorce settlement that this status remains. Everything that is happening is manipulation in the highest degree, to remain relevant, have status and the ultimate money and power. So it may seem strange Harry keeps fighting, but to him he has so much to lose and Harry and MM wants us all around the world to pay for it.
They an kiss my a**. He needs to be deported from the US and barred from ever coming back in to the U.S. alleged children or no alleged children. Also the alleged children can visit him, no need for him to enter the U.S again. my opinion and truth.
