The Ghostwriter is American. What is the jurisdiction here? In the US you call the requirement to hand over evidence "discovery". It is illiegal to withold or destroy documents.
Hopefully the emails and texts include all of the information he chose not to include in Spare . Great marketing for another bestseller.

Not sure if this reflects what all ghostwriters do, but a ghostwriter on X stated that he always keeps record of all interviews, conversations, emails, etc. with the clients he works with. Particularly given who Harold is, I would guess that Harold's ghostwriter would've done the same.

And there is also a difference between criminal cases - when lying might well land you in prison - and CIVIL cases such as this where lying doesn't necessarily land you in prison and in some cases makes no difference because one party has very very clearly BROKEN THE LAW.

I read an interview with moehringer in the NY press after the publication of waaaagh where he states he discussed the NGN case with harry and he knew about the ‘hacking’ more than 6 years before he made his claim. Harry should be told that if he can’t find or recover those “lost” messages his case will be kicked out.

Also with Sherborne, he accuses the other side but it is him that submitted proceedings against them and actually HIS responsibility to make sure Harold didn't destroy evidence and that it was submitted to the defendants in good time. Not their responsibility - HIS! Harold must not be allowed to have a different set of rules to others. If I had done what he and Migraine have done, I would have been held in contempt of court and had a record! Judges must uphold the rule of law and apply it without fear or favour even if it is someone like Harold who by an accident of birth is the king's so ! I took my ex employers to a tribunal and the barrister I had told me I had to submit everything. Afterwards he said he wished I hadn't submitted some! Bit telling, eh? I did win my case and it was against a bigger organisation than the RF and a world wide organisation ! Also NDAs are not gagging orders. They are there to stop trade secrets being divulged to rival companies. I refused to sign a gagging order as it had nothing to do with trade secrets - just covering up their bullying and incompetence/corruption. Tell the people to not worry about NDAs. Just come forwards and tell the truth.
