@@aek12 yes that's why I mentioned "Calculated Risk" at least a person need to be versatile in his or her life, if one things don't work then you should be ready with another one! Because everyone should be aware that there is no shortcut to success , for people like us we have to work hard and grind our way up, except for those people who are already born with a silver spoon 🥄 in their mouth! And no offense I'm not saying everyone is born with it but yes some few they already have a ready made castles to build more castles in their lives!

The question is how to convert your salary into the investment funnel without double taxation. you pay taxes once it's earned, then buy stocks and get taxed again once you sell.

Literally he has constructed a solar drying oven. Sure, his pockets are singed to cool that colossal structure.

Great advise. But now a ways most people hardly get 1 lakh salary on average, save 10 lakh per year. You cannot buy real estate in 5-10years. This would make sense 5-6 years ago. In my own case were extremely middle class family but our ancestoral house is suddenly 4 crores. But we cannot sell it as we live in it. Now imagine someone who wants to buy a house now? For even 1 crore it would take a lot of time.

Hate it break it to you, but none of them does.
Architecture is something you should only go for if you don't care about money for initial 5-10 years, and be prepared for daily 8-10hr work, only sunday off.
