So this couple got 4BHK as one time his parents, her parents all were in town so they were worried where to sleep and ended up renting 4BHK for 2 person. With this logic maybe they will rent whole building during their kid's wedding.

Great episode. This is a tastefully furnished apartment, very spacious, bright and airy. They look like a really sweet couple, and I always appreciate people who care for green babies (plants and trees)!

But it takes 25-30 min only to cover this distance. That's reasonably good.
Its a breeze to go to airport from that location
They said it's 25min to airport. Mumbai folks won't get it how 26km takes 25min.
What Vishal rarely ever clears are the terms attached to rent & the issues faced in day to day living . 1. In B'lore its common for landlords to take a month's extra rent to take care of cleaning & repairs when Renter exits . So a 11 month lease but monthly rent to be paid for 12 months .
2. Next issue is the deposit amount . There is no structure or norm . From 12 months rent in advance to few lakhs as fixed amount as deposit to whatever the House owner wants . Insight into what Renters pay as Security deposit would be helpful to others looking for Apts.
3. Then there is the problem of Electricity outage & water problems in many parts of Bangalore.
4. Another major problem is that traffic congestion & the distances to reach key areas of B'lore is such a challenge that you get limited to just the area you stay in & thats very isolating
Add to that in many areas there is heavy dependency on Amazon, Swiggy & such as restaurants, grocery n veg stores may not be within easy reach .
And even the shops that are there have very limited stuff
Reaching Hospitals could be difficult
I live in Bangalore Central which has solved all the issues that are stated above except the deposit part, where it usually varies from 8x of apartment rent to 10x of apartment rent. and with a 70k budget, I can easily get a 6bhk house if I wanted.
Good.. don’t come to blore.. people born in blore can benefit more .. stay in the city where u were born
Sansidh galaxy is in Thanisandra. It has no Cauvery water connection & this year was not the first year that borewells went dry. The Water Tankers were charging huge amounts to deliver water. So stay there if you are rich enough to pay heavy price for even basic amenity like Water
Close to airport and work. Travel is easy, atleast their not spending half their lives in traffic
This house can accommodate atleast 6 Mumbai proud 2bhks :-)

But then we have everything right outside the bldg gate. It takes less than a min in the lift and you get everything delivered even after midnight 😅
also include maid, driver cost and daily needs expenses in just one line
I stay very close to Sasidh Galaxy. Cmon, it's not that great. My apartment complex is way better. Airport is 35 to 40 minutes drive from this place

For me, space of the home is not the issue, its the basic facilities and convenience. Water, electricity, grocery stores near me, a hospital near me and a petrol pump to the nearest point. Thats it. Even 1BHK does the job

A consultant and a HR. Both seem to lack economic sense. Just my opinion. A 3 bhk is more than sufficient for 2 people which can have 1 master bedroom for them, 1 work room and 1 guest room. How many times do both sets of parents all stay together?
It's not about affordability but a wastage cos let's be honest one doesn't need so much space for 2 people.

Iam having 4000 sq feet house in coimbatore. 2700 is a small house.
I live in a 800 sqft flat in Hyderabad 😂 so the above house is massive 😂 we can’t expect everyone to feel the same way as we do !!
