- Galdino Molinero and his wife Lilia run Tortas Neza, a food truck in Corona, Queens that sells massive tortas. The tortas are the largest you can find in NYC, and are stuffed with avocado, refried beans, jalapeños, cheese and loads of meats like chicken cutlet, ham and sausage. At around $11, they are relatively inexpensive considering how massive they are.

The way this man speaks about his wife is inspiring
Very admirable.
My thoughts exactly ❤️ What I wouldn’t give to feel that way about someone
Then she goes on a cheats 😍
Beautiful!
Yo! My eyes welled up, that’s love right there
“if I had another life, I’d still marry her”.. 😭
yea dude that rocks i think we all want to be able to say that to someone
That part got me too!
😭😭
If you aren’t so high maintenance and know how to be coachable, to be directed and leaded by a man, to be a good housewife. You can guarantee have that love too.
@@AnjewTate lol what a weird thing to say. you seem insufferable
That is pure love right there. A man, his wife and their tortas.
did you forget the kids?
Hello I’m one of the kids thanks for the support
@@organizedchaos4559 : The tortas are the kids.
@@jesusmolinero2803 SAPEE
Beautiful family period!
I cried right when Mr. Molinero was crying. This has been a tough year/year and a half for everyone. I'm going to have to stop by and get one of his massive tortas. They look delicious.
Strong Catholic values torta vendor should have been a class in the Diablo 2 expansion, muy fuerte!
Man he got me tearing up the way he was talking about his wife, god bless this man, his family, and their tortas
Cool madara wallpaper
I swear when I take a trip to NYC I’m just gonna be checking out these street food places. Screw the Statue of Liberty I’m getting Tortas
bro there is so much more than what people think of nyc don't go to restaurant or anything try out street food its so much better
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
You can go do both. Visit the Statue of Liberty then hop over to a street food joint for lunch.
You feel me?! For real!!!
@@organizedchaos4559 Exactly.
This man took a month and a half to get here, struggled to work and figure himself out, him and his wife found 3ach other and find REAL LOVE and now he's the king of Tortas. ON TOP OF ALL THAT HE'S GIVING OTHER IMMIGRANTS FREE FOOD DURING A PANDEMIC. American Dream is great baby.
How communities should work, America can be beautiful when everyone does their part
i totally agree,
Too bad we have billionaires who don't even pay their employees enough to feed their families.
By giving so selflessly to others he IS helping them with (part) of THEIR American dream. This IS the measure of a man. What a beautiful video
@@heatherfurtado9445 when i was in college and getting off at 1:30AM on weekends my guys would save my hunger, throughout the 4 years we had a great time (treated them to a patron bottle once i graduated and it was time for me to leave)
I got teary-eyed and hungry.
Literally same. This is the strangest combo ever lmao.
🥲
Same here bro
*Cries in hungry*
I did as well
Big up to the Mexican people. One of the hardest working, most kind people I've ever met. Respect from Canada
Strong Catholic values torta vendor should have been a class in the Diablo 2 expansion, muy fuerte!
You should watch the cartel video “funkytown.” They work hard at their craft.
@@mscar7609 you're so funny!
Plenty, from all races.
@@chef423 calm down buddy this video and comment are about Mexicans lol
As a white kid growing up in poor family with communication issues living in a trailer court I was at one point envious of how much happier and together the Mexican families seemed to be. Two friends of mine Salvador and Nemisio both had mom's with a heart of gold that always wanted to make me food and ask me how things are going in school more than my own mom did at a certain point. I started cooking for myself at like age 12 and we never really had regular meal times. Going to my friends house was the only way for me to get that feeling when I was a teenager. Something about the Mexican couple in this video reminded me of their parents and brought back those good memories.
Stay safe everyone and good luck out there.
Im glad that family was able to give you a bit of the love and affection you needed growing up! I think it’s our job to do the same for the people we know who are in the same situation these day’s.
On behalf of the Mexicans bro your invite to the carnitas and carne asadas and tamale cookoff
That's what I felt too, I didnt know what it was like to have a true family until I met my husband whose heritage is Hispanic. I finally felt at home
mexicans, indians, south americans, africans, are prime examples of how to live life according to cultures and traditions set by our ancestors. for these people, at some point in their lives, theyve had to face times and situations where love is all they had. Love got them through hardships, companionship and support got them through. its in the blood. Some might disagree or argue, but its in the Melanin.
Do you want to talk/learn about God and Jesus? God and Jesus both love you and can help you with whatever you may be going through!
Support mom and pop store 🙏🙏.
Hello I’m the son of him thanks for the support a lot of love for you
@@jesusmolinero2803 Oh shit nice.
my man making me tear up when he's talking about his wife god damn.
I usually sit down and watch these videos when eating dinner. I was not prepared to use my napkin for tears. Their story is similar to my parents came here illegally and later gained citizenship. They now own a small construction business. Made me cry.
How can you not love people like this?
Because tonk
This mans helps his community more than people with way more, that takes honor and courage to do.
This guy gives the vibe of 'having everything doesn't make you happy but having what you need makes you happy' 😭❤
Bruh when he hugged his wife in the beginning and said that's where the flavor came from, I died. Love them.
Damn homie went through the real American struggle. And he gives back to his community? Salute to this brother right here.
i never cry on other people's love story, but their love story is so pure. “if I had another life, I’d still marry her” i wish i could say that to someone
Tortas Neza is legendary!!
This made me tear up anyone reading this have a good day 😊
You too. Thank you!
good day
🙏
🙏
Those are some bomb looking tortas!! Made and served by humble hardworking people! I wish you all the success in the world! Need to get to New York!
Mexican people really are a different type of people . God bless them
100% run these numbers up! This man definitely deserves it! Humble asf! People like this make me proud to Mexican ! 🇲🇽
💪🏻🇲🇽
Vine a ver las famosas tortas Neza y terminé con lágrimas en los ojos, es inspirador la forma en la que este señor se expresa, cosas buenas les suceden a personas buenas.
llegue a este video de casualidad y es verdad , le pone webos el caballero
i really appreciate how considerate he is about the price and the size of his foods, he understand that people work really hard and deserve a treat. kudos
I didn't expect to cry but ok. I feel for this family and this community
Lol same here didn’t expect to cry
“If I had another life I’d still marry her”......that’s just beautiful
They seen like the sweetest people ever 🥺
It's way too early to feel this emotional 😥, que Dios los bendiga!
ICONIC. This might be the best street food icon feature yet. Beautiful family and hearts of gold! The Molineros are inspiring. Mouth was watering and I was crying at the same time.
It’s the way he speaks so highly of his wife. 🥺🥺 ** who cut the onions
Man, this dude must be heartbroken that Pumas got eliminated from the Liga MX.
Food looks amazing though.
last season was amazing, having that great come back just to get smoked in the finals, shame this season was a disaster, always love for the team though
Someone needs to get this dude a match package, people like him are the only ones I'd actually give to in a gofundme
I saw this guy on a popular Mexican UA-cam channel “ route de la garnacha “
He had a actual store front , crazy how the pandemic caused him to move to a truck , hope everything goes well with him 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I saw him there too! I wonder if he still has it or he had to move to the truck completely
I'd be surprised if he moves back to a storefront I imagine the economic benefits of the truck might be pretty compelling
Tonk
His foodtruck is actually much nicer than the storefront he had. His tortas are delicious. Wishing him the best.
I love Mexican ppl. They are so humble, generous, hard working ppl.
ay tan humilde que es y con alma de oro. 🥰
Mother of god needed tissues for this one.
I didn't think I'd be crying like a baby while watching a video entitled 'The Biggest Tortas in NYC'. Galdino and Lilia, both of you are awesome and inspiring. May all your dreams come true...!
I broke into tears when he said he met her in the streets saying tamales dang
That hurts
Who can dislike a vid like this? The guy is so humble and wholesome!
The way he talked about his wife made my eyes gush. This is the same way I feel about my girl. She's the best part of my life and I get to see her each day.
His chilango accent is so charming
Really cool you can tell
@@JesusReyesGuzmanSS yeahhh i speak
Spanish and have gotten the fortune to meet Mexicans from different states 🥰
Cool
Wow nice to see people from other cultures apreciate ours. good ears you got there!
its pretty amazing, for those who don’t know it’s basically distinguishing a Cali accent to a rural West Virginia accent lol
Wholesome people and good looking food
5:57 wow que increíble es este señor. This man has all of my respect so humble and kind and strong spirited. Truly his loving energy is very contagious
Que lindo Che! Quiero una de esas Tortas! Saludos desde Argentina Hermanos Mexicano! ❤️
saludos Amigo!
The way he speaks about his wife really shows how much he loves her
I never thought to tear up while watching a munchies video but this was so moving and touching
A million blessings to this family, their generosity is humbling and amazing.
protect this man at all costs
You best believe I'm hopping on that 7 train tomorrow and going a few stops to get a torta.
Thanks Munchies for going out and profiling these amazing people. Every one of these street food icons videos has been such an amazing insight into different cultures, but also genuinely kind, caring and passionate people sharing their food. This one was no different; to come up from being an undocumented migrant to being willing give away food during the pandemic... someone to admire
Strong Catholic values torta vendor should have been a class in the Diablo 2 expansion, muy fuerte!
Shoutout to all the hardworking Ma and Pa's out there! Thanks to my parents who work every day to provide for me and my brother and thanks to all these parents who sacrifice so much! We appreciate ya! Best of luck to the Molineros!
Such amazing people...their community is so lucky to have them.
this was about as heartwarming and inspiring as it gets.
this story makes me cry because it is so beautiful! heart warming! bless you and your family!
If this doesn't make you have pride in being latino I don't know what will. I loved this!!!!
This guy and his family deserve all the good things. Such an amazing family.
I like that you guys made an updated video about them... or was I watching a different channel before?
whatever the case, I still need to go here
I've seen so many of these videos but this one made me cry. The heart this man has is so inspiring. His wife too. Will definitely make a point to go see him my next time I'm in the city.
The fact that it’s been a tough year and he’s been struggling and he’s still helping others, says a lot about him! Many blessings for him and his family and business 💕
This dude is so wonderful, shouts out to him and his wife, both such pure souls! Never had a torta but 100% grabbing one from them if I'm ever in NYC.
He Came here for a a better life just like all immigrants . Not once does this man complain , he keeps wrk hard and pushing forward . How can anyone spill hate towards people like him. God bless
Him and his business 💜💜🙏🏽
A story of true love...and tortas. Thanks for making me smile while being teary-eyed.
The most humbling munchies video I have watched, blessings for him and his family💗
he lives such a beautiful life god bless him and his family
Damn they made me cry! Best story ❤
The way street food connects with the communities is truly amazing! Dope Story!
Thank you for sharing this man and his wife's business and story.
A man that love his wife with this much passion, deserves the best life possible
Absolutely lovely people and a well-deserved legacy
love the energy!
The love they share is a blessing. What a beautiful relationship.
They remind me of my hard working parents who was lucky to enter the USA in the 1970. Through sweat, blood, and tears they build the American dream business and eventually retired.
Yo soy testigo que este camarada ayudo a la raza en la pandemia...
Dios te bendiga👊🏽🇲🇽👊🏽🇲🇽👊🏽🇲🇽👊🏽🇲🇽
This video was amazing well done guys. Had me crying and drooling at the same time man 🖤
Man this is inspiring you guys never fail with these lovely stories!!!!!!
This man deserves the world.
The love between them is just...exemplary😢
Brought me to tears. Amazing!!
I love this story. True love is so inspiring. He is a true definition of a fighter from before he came to this country. love love love
Tortas are so underrated. I have this spot near my crib in Brooklyn that sells a breakfast one...so GOOD! But after visiting Mexico City a couple years ago it’s hard for me to really enjoy these high priced Mexican foods around NYC but since we live in COVID-19 world I’ll gladly support food trucks and mom/pop shops especially minority owned 🙌
Love seeing Mexican working class people being celebrated. Love to see us all over the world. 🇲🇽 💓💞💕
Big love to Mr. and Mrs. Molinero, may God bless you!!!
Great episode
Dios los guarde y que sigan alcanzando el éxito. Son un orgullo Mexicano!
Never in my 23 years of life wanted to go to NYC this bad.
Same here brother! Only difference is that im 27 but it has always been a dream to Visit NY one dat 🙏💯
Hearing the success stories of my people in this country always brings a tear to my eye. Si se puede!!
I REALLY LOVE THIS CHANNEL!
what wonderful, kind people.
a good man with good ethics. may god continue to bless him and his family
Keep grinding you two. Blessings on your future.😀
Love these kinds of stories, humble and creative he stayed true to himself and his wife. We get to see what it’s honestly like to come to American work.
"Siempre siempre para adelante, porque no de otra." Asi es mi gente trabajadora!!!
I just ate instant ramen for dinner and now I'll just cry at the corner 😩

This was a beautiful and touching story.... but I watched it on an empty stomach 😭
This is so beautiful. God bless them😁
this was so beautiful and real. It’s so important to know about the people behind the food and the camera was really non intrusive. thank you for sharing his story and him too, for doing so much for his community. Wish there were links to directly support him !!
Beautiful episode and the tortas look delicious!
