Your a good man. You protect your Dad. My late Nan worked her whole life for someone else. She was an amazing cook. Now Im my own boss. But Ill name my eatery after her one day.
This brother needs to figure a way to solve the demand and supply issue. He has more demand than he can supply, plus losing opportunity for transactions for the request of deliveries. I hope he is able to scale and supply the demand not only at the physical location for customers waiting but also for the customers wanting deliveries.
He’s still in the stage of building the brand. Did you not see how they got discovered because of the influencer? The lines will have the same effect. The kind of sandwiches they serve will suffer with delivery. People are irrational and confuse a sloppy sandwich or poor delivery experience with the deli itself. This is incredible short term thinking lol…
I agree 100%. But I’ve come to the realization that not every business wants to scale up. The “bigger is better” model is not always the end goal. Sometimes niche/artisanal is the goal. The scarcity/line aspect is part of the brand. Perhaps if/when things die down a bit, they will pivot into a different model that leads into greater scalability and functionality in supply chain.

What a beautiful fam
Hope you rise even higher king!
Great job Josuah! It's so nice to see how you wanted your dad and family to be successful with you. Your parents should be proud of you for bringing them together in such a way. Many blessings! This is truly inspirational 😊👌
This story is so inspiring, the hustle and loyalty. Love seeing my fellow Guyanese succeed. Can’t wait to taste my first Oxtail DatMacpatty.
This brings new meaning to generational wealth 🤑. Congratulations 👏🏾🎉!!!
Their paying their employees including the owner at less than 1000 dollars a week. Iono seems like its so hard to make 1000 bucks a week even as a entreprenur these days.
@@bobwhitten1351 It's not hard to make $1K. Thats less than average especially after taxes.
i respect the family and the grind so much, what an inspiration!!!
Your father’s patience is wonderful. He got his blessings from you. Wonderful son. And family coming together regardless of the past is real love
Your a good man. You protect your Dad. My late Nan worked her whole life for someone else. She was an amazing cook. Now Im my own boss. But Ill name my eatery after her one day.
Well done. Deserves an applause
This brother needs to figure a way to solve the demand and supply issue. He has more demand than he can supply, plus losing opportunity for transactions for the request of deliveries. I hope he is able to scale and supply the demand not only at the physical location for customers waiting but also for the customers wanting deliveries.
Did you go to Harvard business school? God tier analysis here thank you
He’s still in the stage of building the brand.
The “bigger
is better” model is not always the end goal. Sometimes niche/artisanal is the goal. The scarcity/line aspect is part of the brand. Perhaps if/when things die down a bit, they will pivot into a different model that leads into greater scalability and functionality in supply chain.
@@jh0720with a even longer line probably with this footage and some people are fickle. Who wanna wait in line indefinitely, and to be a silver fox is doing all those things they not satisfying and taking market share
I got a feeling he is doing ok.
What will be a problem is success and family issues of theft, laziness and resentment and expectations.
Every family business has family problems spilling into it with family members stealing, fighting, demanding.
If this guy can avoid it, great for him.
Love the passion from this brother 🤘
