Got this one today , and coming from a 144hz 1080p monitor the difference is INSANE ! Not really pushing 360 fps in games on extreme settings with my 6800XT but just wanted to be "futureproof".

you picked up the XG27AQDMGZ not the ACDNG. Nothing wrong with that, just want to make sure you know the difference. DMGZ from best buy is the WOLED with MLA model with semi-glossy screen, 240hz. The model in this review is the ACDNG which is QD-OLED, 360hz
Great review! I bought this monitor a few days ago and I'm waiting for it to be delivered.... Which Game Visual preset did you use for the Color Gamut test?
If that’s the 240hz MSI monitor then the refresh rate will be different. Outside of that look into their oled care features and picture presets to help you decide.

So you’ll get the new panel sub pixel layout with both of this monitors but I’d try to see it in person for either before buying if you can. The new layout is better for text clarity but they’re still 1440p monitors so I’d hate to give a recommendation and it not be a massive improvement since the limitation is partly the resolution. All the 360hz monitors are the same panel as far as I know so part of the choice will boil down to the calibration and extras the company does the for monitor.

I’ve reviewed both. The ROG has more options across the board compared to the G6. I like the G6 design and the metal is nicer than plastic.
