Weeknight Steaks & Hasselbacks on the Weber Performer

My night to provide food! I went looking for some nice marinated fish, but everything sucked except these two ribeyes. I grilled the potatoes Hasselback style. It's great for the grill.

For being a "quick & dirty" video this was one of my favorites! Those potatoes looked perfect. And I overcook my steaks too sometimes. As long as they're still tender and juicy they're fine by me! Way to go!

Thanks Rusty! My goal is at least 1 per week! For the potatoes, it's all of the above, from what I understand. The slices also make the potatoes very easy to eat!

Does your C&B change color similar to your MBH? It looks real dark. Another cool vid. Cheers man.

Thanks for the comment! The C&B turns a darker, more orange-ish color when it's hot! I'll cook some pizzas soon and show it off!
