- BRUUUUUUUUUUUUUH! I was making a melody for a Drake tutorial and it ended up getting into Timbaland's hands! He listened to it on Twitch and started making a beat with it! Here's how I made the sample in FL Studio!

Congrats Simon. I can relate totally. First da drankkang flipped one of my samples and then oh gosh went crazy on a sample. There’s levels to this. I get it, but nonetheless I can relate it is such an amazing feeling to see someone you respect and admire first off acknowledge the fact that your idea was good and then collab and create. I don't make music anymore, but I will never forget when Timbo liked one of my beats on Soundcloud. I thought it was a fake account, looked into it, nah, it really was him, and he actually uses that shit. Definitely a life changing experience.
Until I told one of my producer friends... 10A, and he said yeah Timbo is cool as fuck, we talk often. Made me realize I had lots more to do.

I think you record it slower at a lower bpm and then time strech it to the bpm you want
Record at slower bpm then pitch it up

But to me it's mostly to quick and not as beginner friendly that i could benefit from it. Also I'm not familiar with FL studio plugins
