New York City is extremely lucky to have a relatively high population of authentic Italians that come straight over from Italy to the US to live. They bring their nationwide loved cuisines with them. New York is probably one of the only places in the entire US where you can get a real authentic Italian pizza or lasagna made exactly how Italians do it over in Italy!!

I honestly hate pizza without pepperoni. It's not that it's bad or anything, i just feel like it's missing something.The rendered pork fat just adds a familiar flavor that I always miss whenever I have some sort of cheese pizza. So whenever i see all of these delicious looking pizzas and they don't add pepperoni I always get a little sad, like this was clearly made for someone else and not me.
