    This video shows you how to install a driveshaft center support bearing on your 1999-2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500.
    This repair was done on a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Base 4.3L Extended Cab Pickup 4-Door RWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:
    1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
    2000 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

    Do they sell drive shafts with the bearing already on it so that it does not have to be removed from the original one?

    1-1/4 inch pipe and one cap.
    Home Depot did not carry.
    Lowes had it in store.
    Galvanized Cap 1-1/4-in Galvanized Cap
    Southland Galvanized Pipe 1-1/4-in x 24 in 150 PSI

    is there a name for that rear draft seal? i know theres a pinion seal i need to replace but thats by the u joint. Are they the same?
