I might be wrong, but if it's for genlocking purposes, I belive blackmagic design create timecode/sync generators, worth looking into

Yes, I do. It’s part of my course where I guide you through the entire process from start to finish. You also get some footage and characters that you use as placeholder while shooting your footage so that you really match the lighting. (link in description).
