I just got my Diva Drive today and must say that I'm impressed. The packaging and the pedal itself looks great. It feel great in the hand. I use it for electronic music and mainly sending samples through it. It's great for saturating the sound and adding more presence and retaining the fullness with the mix control and the fat or mid setting on the low end stuff. Cranking the tone knob knob helps adding more clarity. Of course not all sounds will sound great through this pedal, but that's just how it is with distortion and overdrive in my experience. Oh, and I love that you added a level knob. All pedals should have this imo. And a mix or dry knob. It makes processing so much easier.
a very great pedal, have two of them, ordered two of them, just abyed them, slight size difference, and possibly slightly differently voiced, I actually like them both, VERY Dumblesque if you know what I mean ( with the Simble first...), both brannew, not tubescreamerish, guarantees around,....
Sadly I was really dissapointed by the Diva Drive, too small low gain range and too fizzy character for my taste. Of course for other players it may very well work. But great to see the clean blend feature again. The good thing is: I really love the Moller 2. Its sooo great for stacking with a Bluesbreaker or Nobels style pedal and last not least all that goodness for 99 Euro. Man I would have so many ideas for a Moller 3. You never know ;)
bought two, thought both was duddiies BUT NOT: just plug all the way in! with mad prof simble its jazzy heaven, I heartily recomend both peddals, just push aye plug to Diva and its connected
