Your in the Coral Sea, Papua, Northern Australia and Guadalcanal area, in would of been great to see an Australian surface fleet created. Plus you could of checked out the Australian carriers capabilities!
it does baffle me that the mod even includes Wyverns as they weren't introduced to the royal navy until 1953 and the sea fury in 1947. so many of the royal navy aircraft in several of the mods are way too early for the period.
The models themselves add to the cool factor and are fairly balanced. Wyvern as a torpedo bomber / strike aircarft is good and fast but no match for dedicated fighters. Sea Fury is a good fighter but nothing special. They are reserved only for few British aircraft carriers and are the only descent carrier-based British planes available for the moment so they serve as a placeholders. I wouldn't like to put American planes with British markings. There is enough of those already. The mod's goal is not 100% historical accuracy. There is others that claim that. I prefer to add variety to otherwise stale conflict. And add hundreds of improvements in every aspect of the game. Campaign and combat AI are massively improved. As seen in the video it will find a way to outflank you. Ships don't crash and actualy screen each other quite well. As seen at the end. There is a ton of graphical and envioermental improvements as well. Convoys actually carry resources. Shockingly but for the first time in War On The Sea. There is custom refueling missions. AI upgrades it's locations. Pathfinding is massively improved. My change log is huge.
I don't have a solid stream schedule as I don't have a fixed rota outside of work. I've also got to see what's happening with the drama around this mod before I cover it agsin.
I would like to add that even though all campaigns look simillar to already known. Similarities ends with the map image. Which are also created by me based on the ingame world image. Every single misshion is tailored with custom assistance and guidence for the AI towards every single location. Waypoints extend to the map's borders, so no place is safe. Missions may start at anytime during the day/night and AI uses the cover of bad weather to move around the map. You will be cought off guard quite often if you decide to push right away and focus on the offensive without proper defences. There is so many strategic and tactical layers that it will take me hours just to explain everything. I worked hard for the last year and didn't spend a single minute disrespecting other's work. If doing better makes me the bad guy. Then I am the bad guy. Even with the impressive ammount of about 800 units. That just scratches the surface of what the mod offers. All of the things I was told where impossible to implement from a year ago on the Steam forums are already in. Not only that but each feature is created in a such way that through interactions with already existing or new ones result in compleetly unique experience. I don't just add for the sake of adding things. The sheer complexity in everything combined may be mindblowing for some people. I will leave it like that.
Finally a mod that introduces strategic bombing! Unfortunately the AI doesn't seam to use it?! Also what's with enemy air patrols, not attacking your bombers?
Unfortunately when I reworked the spotting system to be more like vanilla I missed a flag for the airplnes. As you can see in the comments the patch was up 5 mins after I noticed that as well but the stream was already going. Initially the contacts where not visible on the map unless detected by a location. You had to enter an engagement to see what the contact is. In vanilla submarines or single units contacts are compleetly ignored by the AI.
@@bigbison6593 nope it wasn`t hahaha we can prove that so yeah. But these people bunched up on him i guess he just doesn`t want to be involved in this mess. That is completly understandable. So yeah
Sorry to have missed your live stream. As for every surface ship aka skimmer, this Submariner calls them TARGETS
looks nice...ima try that Mod out asap
I don't know if this is a problem with me, but the video quality never got above 480p and frequently dipped to 240p even with it set at 1080p.
What is the mod? It looks great
If this mod is viable pls do another episode! Loved watching this 🫡

Do you have a stream schedule? If not when do you plan on streaming next I’d love to join

does Ian Roberts have this vendetta the whole stream? I am only 10 minutes in and he is trying to diss the mod.
the drama grows at 13:54 as a guy states that the mod got deleted!
Yeah there was a lot of drama. Its rather embarrassing for me but I won't be showing anymore of this mod.
Wait what nooo why just ignore them I loved this gameplay. It was amazing this was the only wots content I liked.
@@theedifiedgamer8350 so was it all stolen like Robert said?
