I would follow the tail end of that into a body line pin stripe going full lenght of the car. It would give the car a more sporty look and blend the black out into the look of the vehicle. I pin striped many of my cars back in the day. Its amazing how a simple strip can change a vehicle from the same as everyone elses to no one else has that variation. I want to pin stripe the Black or Charcoal Outback I have now but havent decided on a color. I was thinking of using the white pearl that some Outbacks come in. It would be a good reverse color to the dark color and get me that whire pearl I love.
Are you guys planning to add some headlight and taillight covers for the 2018 forester anytime soon. I was looking on the website and only saw 2016. I'd love for some yellow foglight covers with smoked taillight covers.

I'll admit smoked lights done right look great on the right type/color vehicle. Meaning a quality spray that doesn't reduce the light output much at all. Gloss black vinyl overlay is just dumb. And illegal.
chris tragedia Those lights are the front side marker lamps for that vehicle. Side markers are required by law. Even if cops can’t see them, they’ll be able to notice that there aren’t any side markers on the vehicle. It also wouldn’t pass inspection.

So I just bought a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek XV Limited. The head lights are LED, my question is how many lumens / watts come with the stock? I want to replace them, not bright enough...lol

I have 2018 Crosstrek limited LED’s and they are so bright you can see the true color of leaves and blades of grass at 1 in the morning. If they aren’t bright enough I’m wondering if you have some sort of electrical issue or you just shouldn’t be night driving period.
Should have clarified. Looking to upgrade my Limited OEM LED headlights in the future. They are pretty bright but aftermarket LED's that you can put in anything with halogen are brighter. I have LASfit LED's in my wife's Jeep Liberty and they look great, and we don't get flashed at all so they are not blinding other people. The Limited Crosstrek comes with LED's, but they look difficult to access, and I'm not looking at changing them yet, but in the future because I haven't owned it a year yet.

look up Lasfit LED's - I've got them on my '15 Outback. The key is having *Projector* style headlights rather than *reflector* style.
