Stock tire size for limited trim is 225 55 18. You can only get the ko2s in 235 75 15. It's only about 1/2 inch more tire around the wheel than stock...including a small offset on 15 inch wheels, seems like it should fit with no lift.
those strut spacers are going to make your ride rougher.. make sure to keep an eye out on your upper control arm joint for premature wear, along with cv joints, end links, etc...
Locking lugs are so easy to remove with a socket that is just a little tight. Just wack on the socket and remove lug. Shops do it all the time because people loose the lug key.
I’ve been doing a lot a research on the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and think it suits my lifestyle really well. I would like to do a similar build to yours. Really like the stealth look in you Crosstrek and many other cars. Thanks for sharing. Probably will be hitting you up with some questions.

I'm sure you've only just begun. I've been interested in the Crosstrek for a while, but was concerned about the availability of performance upgrades and off road accessories out there. Do you find it a bit sluggish after the tire size upgrade. The biggest curiosity I have, is how long before you make a video of your buddies installing an STi motor in your Crosstrek...I have never seen one done before, but haven't really searched it out. Anything can be done, for a price. Just wonder how much of a pain in the ass, and how practical a STi engine install would be. Food for thought brother! Keep em coming!
Hey bro, coming from someone who works on there cars everyday, you need some beefy ass axles (front are more prone to braking) or you need to buy/fab a kit to change the drivetrain angle of the axles closer to stock bcuz you will go through axles like crazy.

Dude. That looks incredible.wheel choice = ultimately RALLY style classic wheel design & Those KO2’s are really well mannered on road but have plenty of grip off road. The only thing they suck at is mud.
This looks like it pushes the control arm down. Are you worried about the CV boots wearing faster since they're at a more extreme angle? Don't you also need to do an alignment on the front. You'll have too much toe otherwise.

This isn't a critique as I'd have done the same thing, looks awesome, but if you aren't already aware that gas milage you praised in the past video just took a big hit. It's a fine tuned relationship between the tire type/dimension and the SVT transmission. You're possibly also going to experience some noticable higher revs coming from the SVT to compensate for the change. There may be a cpu adjustment that can be made so that the engine and transmission are responding appropriately to the different ratios of mass/power/torque as they pertain to moving the same weight vehicle in a variety of conditions with a drivetrain that now has different characteristics. I'm no expert on this, just relaying research I've done myself. Before I purchased my Trailhawk I was looking into buying a new Patriot and putting a similar lift on it. Just some food for thought.
+Justin Dailey it's CVT... and it's not as big of a hit on MPG as "internet research" implies. Im not the type of person who does things without thinking them through first.

Thanks. for the video. One question. I understand that you put. the spacers on the rear sub frame to make the CV joint angle less but how come this kit does nothing to correct the CV angle on the front? Wouldn't this make sense?

You could of thrown the adapter rings in the freezer or used dry ice to shrink them and then drop them right in without all the abuse...
