My does that only while driving , will spit a galon of coolant. While idle everything is fine.
Not overheating, no smoke of a stack only pushes coolant on a overflow line.
This starts to hapen when i changed the coolant tank. I did reuse old cap on it. When i open the cap while hot i dont have any presure in the tank.
Also my compressor is all oily on middle and bottom.
What do you think ? Bad compressor, bad cap, bad head gasket or egr cooler ?

When I turn truck off coolant start dripping from hose were it connect to compressor. But I run water only in cooling system and drain every day. If I leave it full over night it will be water in oil or oil in coolant.

That’s a weird one sounds like it has a cylinder dropped pull the oil pan and pressurize the system and look for water protrusion from the cylinders

My friend, a question, my compressor was damaged and I changed it but now it does that to me, it does not heat up, but maybe with a new compressor it can do those things?

My truck is pushing water out of the weep hope over flow tube, replaced the radiator Cao and stopped but now when I open the cap, it comes out of there. I dont have any issues with overheating. So????definitely worried if I need a rebuild...

My 60 series pushes 3 gallons out of the reservoir when I fill it up then crank it. After that it doesn't do it anymore. I drive about 3000 and I fill it up again repeat repeat. Doesn't run hot. No oil and water mixing. Also blows it out of exhaust on start up

I started having mine blowing coolant after putting a new (all metal) radiator in.
The new radiator has a larger brass vent pipe on top than the old plastic one had. I’m thinking that it’s allowing to much coolant to vent off the top of the radiator and causing a surge of pressure in the reservoir.
I’m going to try a copper pipe to help radiate the heat off of it before the tank.
Anyone else installed a all metal Alliance radiator having this problem???

Two ta three years ago, I'm fighting my 60 series Detroit as we speak, have the head off, new head, and gaskets, ECT, mine acts up when I have my foot into it and I'm running it hard, otherwise it behaved itself, so something built pressure when working, I can bobtail it all day with no problems, I was thinking cracked head or injector cup, but I don't know
