Best part of pindleskin map is: 1- Pindle farm obviously; AND THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT 2- Anya sell 3 to javelin skills and 20 ias gloves AND 3 to trap skill claws ( both are blue item ) specially the claws are even better than using hoto spirit for duels and it is something you should aim for early on; 3- NPC's reset their offered items everytime you use a portal and go back town so you can chase the jav gloves and trap claws pretty fast in the same room ( time taking be pacient ).
@@bendoubleu7516 There was a glitch where the Assassin's traps were being counted by the game as Elite monsters, so the game would spawn fewer (or none) Elites, making it really hard to farm with a trap assassin effectively.
Summon necro - skeleton only is master against Pindle. 20 skeleton fighters + 20 skeleton mages simply make the run super easy (they won’t die like the one who are summoned via Revive) ones

Just finished the game SSF at 76 with a trapsin, quite comfortably, too. Total control. Although I do favor 3 Light 2 Death as my 5 traps instead of 5 DS like Cooley. I also have 20 in charge bolt sentry first. Fire Blast only increases the amount of shots before the DS trap dies. You can achieve the same thing with just recasting them after 3 explosions. All it does is save mana while charge bolt sentry adds another fuckton of dam on the Lighting Sentry. I imagine it to be very very tedious to have to kill bosses as trapsin with only DS and no LS.
For Summon Necro the build that can farm Pindle is: max schely and mastery. For start use corpses on land to make schely not revive then when the other wake up as fast as one dead use corpse explose. Then use same for Pindle. So it can do Pindle in about 2-3 min.
After some experiments with a true naked summon necro at level 75, the conclusion is that is more easy to clean the entrance, than Pindle. And yes it can sometime (true rarely...) kill Pindle in several minutes, but is true hard to do it completly naked. But now on d2r with my summon necro equiped with some very cheap plus skills like a cs spirit, a very low viper (work any body + skiller), a lore helmet a +1 necro amy, a +1 necro head and with a a2 merc with an non eth ca insight, it can do Pindle runs quite fast (less than 2 min)
I would argue putting more points into pierce is a better option for the javazon. When it passes through and hits the back monsters it procs the lightning attack each time it connect with a monster. That can double, triple, or more your damage output.
I did extensive build testing in D2 many years ago and found the biggest problem was the gear... Without the right gear the build failed every time. It's great to hear they changed it to focus more on skills. I just wish they did it back in D2...

In v1.10 and later, synergy bonuses come only from actual skill points in a skill; +skill bonuses from equipment do not count towards the synergy bonuses."
Decoy helps the amazon a lot. I still think the assassin beats out the amazon without gear or with cheap gear. Faster runspeed with Burst of Speed and the ability to kill lightning immune Pindle via Death Sentry’s CE component. Also, the assassin clears hell cows much faster at this stage of the game.
I'm also playing D2 for 20 years by now as well and I didn't know as well that revives from Pindle's garden die when they are to be revived on their own. BTW, in the original game you could prevent the corpses in Pindle's garden from rising. Enter the garden, wait a second and leave again right away. Perhaps you had to wait for a few seconds then before entering it again, so the resurrection timer runs out. That way, the corpses won't revive. I haven't tried that in D2R so far, however. If you are quick at getting Pindleskin killed, that dirty trick isn't needed, of course and it would slow down your Pindle runs as well.
Bone necro with some points into summons to clear the front of building from corpses (just destroy every corspe with summon skeleton) -> than just bone wall pindle with his firends, bone spear + amplify damage +Corpse Explosion ? Wouldn't it be valid too? And safe-ish...
it kinda doesnt make sense to put just one point into pierce and then max lightning fury synergies, which give just 1% more damage per point. 10 more points into pierce lift it from 23 to 73 percent.
Why not a bone necro? Immediate crowd control with bone wall/prison or attract curse, then just bonespear them all and corpse explosion to clean up. Bone wall to keep his drunk friends at bay. Not to mention the nicely synergized bone armor which should absorb a charge attack in case you make a mistake.
Java: i'd certainly put more points into pierce since its a multiplier for crowds of monsters. Slower missiles is fantastic against the archers at shenk an decoy does a decent job when it comes to CC
I think a corpse explosion and confuse necromancer could work as well A secret mechanism on Diablo 2, after the conversion duration worn off you can kill the monster with 1 hit after that
To sum it up: Just create a fkn blizzard sorc. Btw i remember a moment when i killed pindles and he dropped me a Vex rune, and as soon as i killed one of his minions he dropped another Vex...sadly that was in 2008 and i did not know how to take a proper screencap haha.
what was the problem with the Holy Bolt Paladin as shown in some screens of your video? I used one for Pindle runs and it worked out perfect. of course I tried it not naked, but only with MF stuff. you can even decide wether you kill the whole area our just suck up the undeads with redemption. it becomes even more fun, if you use act 3 merc with a Azurewrath which provides scantury aura, so the undeads will be knocked back all the time.
So do you recommend farming those 2 hot spots over and over hoping to catch anything good ? I'm kinda new to this game and I finally unlocked hell but before going in maybe farm a bit in nightmare here ?

@@ATProts01 are paladins hard to use? From a far they look hard because you need to keep switching to many different auras where as a sorc can just shoot one skill at you frozen orb, or a barb can just jump and whirlwind you. Etc.
@@lukearmy7 They are a bit more complex that sorc but I think they are more powerful and easier to do well with than barb solo and more useful in group play. Smite paladin is really good for late game ubers and hammerdin is superpowerful for harder difficulties. I'm personally making a sorc to start farming items with but then going hammerdin for group/ladder play. Its typical but its efficient and works for me! I'm not really invested in the sorc as my first character but she will get me through the game quickly to start farming and make other characters.
It would actually be a super fun pvp setup where players are naked, and have 10 minutes to find items. After the 10 minutes it's a free for all in blood moor. Or a typical pvp tournament. Would be a really fun concept
question concerning the up coming release of Diablo 2 Resurrected, will it override my current Diablo 2 game or make a completely new game, also I use PlugY and singer player, will Resurrected affect that game as well...just pre-ordered the game and would hate to lose my current games if I install the new game....thanks in advance with any answer's
Sure you can, but I think Coooley tries to make these videos under 7 hours each. It's just not gonna work. You can't telestomp so you'll have to walk inside and hope your skeles don't get charged and they will and then you might have some time left for a second round of fresh skeles and then still nothing has died besides your own skeles and you can't explode those. So you'l have to go back and forth between pindle and blood moor with a golem, then perhaps find a good spot to get some decent revives and find some way to get them past the drunks on the lawn. Good luck with that, eh :p My advice: just don't do it.

Some people play the piano every day of their life, they can play the piano very excellently. Some people play the piano every once in a while, they can play the piano decently. What you just showed is a skill obtained from years of playing, but it comes so naturally to you now that you think everyone can do it. And therein lies the difference, not everyone has the dedication to this game you have. I played Diablo 2 when it came out, but after a while I got bored with it. I have been playing the new version, but it won't be long before I get bored with it again. And that's ok. Just realise you are one of few that can do what you just showed.

Tried it. Was definitely slower than both Java, assassin and fireballer. With a bit more gear it’ll quickly even out though.
One point in decoy would be handy for java. It helps gather the mobs and gives few seconds more in pindle.

Well these runs are in Hell. So yeah, Pindle/Eldritch is a great area to farm to get better gear.

I played Diablo 2 when it came out, but after a while I got bored with it. I have been playing the new version, but it won't be long before I get bored with it again. And that's ok.
