Hey Tom! Your egg layers are getting too warm under the heat lamp. That’s why they’re all pushed up against the edges…they’re trying to get out of the heat. Great having those boys helping out! Food tastes better when you have a hand in raising/growing it! Keep up the great job.
I'm a 67-yr-old grandmother in Vermont - same temps as Minnesota but not as flat here. For some reason it's soothing and comforting to watch you do your chores. I got a chuckle from your thumb/finger in the lens. That's something I'd have in my video!
I just want you and your wife to know that I really do enjoy your channels. I try my best not to skip through the ads. I don’t know 100% if that’s how the ad revenue works for UA-cam but I do what I can to support you even if it’s just as small as that. I love your family and it’s a highlight of my day when I see that you’ve added a new video.
I love watching these videos - as a city girl for at least two generations, I have had no idea how much work it is to bring food to our tables. What a great education. Thank you.
My dad was a Diesel mechanic (retired now) but worked for John Deere for about 20yrs. I was able as a child to go to work with him. I still enjoy the sound of a tractor start up. My husband is a city boy so we live in town but this girl still loves the country! Thanks for sharing!
It is a real treat to watch the videos you make of your work on the farm (and on your cars). Learning so much, and appreciate your real generosity in sharing your knowledge!
Totally memorized watching this whole process, thanks for sharing this content. Great to see the process of what it takes to grow food and farm life. 🚜
Hi Tom, Just and fyi..try Miracid on your evergreens that are turning brown before you remove them...in clay soil they need some acid to keep them going...this comment is from video of new land...hope this helps.
Meantime back in Africa, we would have made a wooden rake with wooden pegs. Had a good woman or three popping in the seeds. Going over the drill lanes to cover the seed. Ready for rain tonight. Maybe John Deere can sponsor you! Contact them urgently!
...."and hope it grows"! Lol. I so enjoy your videos, Tom......they bring back memories of my childhood. I'm an Indiana country girl living and working in Fort Worth...
Great video. Watching you reminds me of watching my dad work on projects around the house. There were always problems, but he always found solutions. Thanks for taking us along for the ride. Love yours and Dawns channels!
Yup! It must be a Midwest-thang, using screwdrivers to start tractors or just about anything (I remember-the Wisconsinite is coming back). Could you imagine if you dropped a "city-dwelling kid in the middle of a farm"? LOL!
Hi Tom, Just an fyi that I tried to email you at the address listed above to tell you about a spelling error in your into, but the email address doesn't work. Anyway, "wheather" should be "whether."
Perseverance is defined in the dictionary with a picture of Tom. Kudos for your can do attitude.

Or possibly because they are trying to get away from the people.
I have never been on a farm until I started watching your videos. Thanks for the fun,Tom. 😎
You got 2 of the cutest helpers!!
I'm a 72 year old grandmother living in the city in California but I love watching your day to day work. So fascinating!
No matter how many times I see that garage door go open it still makes me laugh and I know what’s going to happen

That was a great video-fun to see the boys helping out too. I hope you do another video about how you finally get the older john deer working again!
🤣 I have followed Dawn long enough to know it might be a while, but it may not be his. I think it may be dawn's father's because he said then go home.
Great video Tom…love seeing your helper boys 👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you!! Thank you!! Love farm videos! Is father-in-law OK? Saw he was on a cane
