Pops right off once you flip the tire over! Might be my headphones, but lowering the overall background music volume a bit might help hearing you in the wide shots. Good tutorial!
Thanks for the feedback! I noticed that after I uploaded it unfortunately. Not sure why it does that with the audio sometimes, but will definitely try to adjust that in the future.
For anyone who think changing tire is difficult, I have done around 15 tire so far, and man does your technique improve over time. It's so easy for me to install a motoz Tire, I can install one in about 3-4 minutes tops. Just using 2 quality spoon, one bead buddy and quality tire lube, the lube is really what make it so easy. The most difficult is removing the tire and I'm not as well equiped as in this video.
Thanks for the video. I have the Motoz Tractionator Adventure on my KTM 890 Adventure and have really liked it. I paid to have it installed but want to learn how to do it myself. Videos like this are very helpful.
Great how to video. I also change my own tyres for my T7, I don't balance them either. I have the Motoz Adventure on one set of wheels and Pirelli Scorpion Trail 2 one the other set which I use for road only. Never had any wobbles or vibration on either set of tyres even at constant 80 mph on the motorway ( highways ). 👍
Nice job! It is great to be able to do this stuff yourself, especially on a big powerful ADV bike like that, which eats tires. Regarding balancing, the tires usually have a dot on the sidewall indicating the heaviest spot. Put the spot opposite the valve stem and the balance will be reasonably close enough. A Harbor Freight static balancer does a nice job for about $50 if one is so inclined though. I actually balance my dirt bike's wheels using spoke weights as they have rim locks, it makes a difference as the rim locks throw it way out of balance and the wheels will hop at speeds above 45 MPH or so. I have a Rabaconda like that also, it sure does make it easier. Rabaconda sells a super nice set of tire irons in a set of 5, which is overkill for this tubeless install, but used for installing bibs on dirt bikes.
Just got a Tiger 900 Rally Pro, and waiting another 6 mths for those same Woodland Mosko Moto 35L bags too. Newbie to ADV and figuring out boots, tools and how to fix flats etc. Thanks for great video !
So far I’ve been very happy with the tire. A little smoother on the road, and I haven’t really noticed any less traction off road. So it’s a win in my book. But time will tell. Thanks for watching!
I just got back from my Idaho BDR trip and the tire performed flawlessly. Great in every situation I put it in. And honestly I was surprised how well it held up for all those hard miles. So far I’m a huge fan!
Great video! Giving some critiquing... You mentioned to be cautious of the TPMS sensor in both removal and installation. Alas on the install you missed the chance to bias your install and protect the sensor. Anyone else catch that? Having NOT personally replaced the tires on my SA-R, do you know if is there an option to install right angle valve stems instead of straight thrus? Sure would make pressure checks and inflation easier. For what its worth, I designed a tool tube holder so I can carry full-size breaker bar, a set of your spoons and MP Bead pro Tire irons (the STEEL Versions) with me. You never have tire issues in fun places. Like the bread breaker tool! Anyone try one of these Regina Pitch 525 HPE maintenance-free chains on a SA-R/S?
Regarding "bias my install"... The rim is on the ground or tire machine, you tip the tire onto the rim at some angle, to kinda get it started. This allows the "Down-side" lip of the tire to essentially start seating while you are pushing the tire on to the rim. This presents a opportunity for you to MISS the TPMS module as you begin re-installing the tire onto the rim. At 7:08 to 8:05 in the video a "black box" that is mated to the inside of the rim is visible to the camera (not you) I believe that is the TPMS module. Further at 8:05 time, If you had rotated the rim 180° the TPMS would be facing you and the tire would be at the angle position I am trying to describe allowing you miss the unit easily and not risk dragging the lip over the module. Hope that helps.
Hi Do you need some great lighting for your car to help you better driving, off-road? We're the pro auto lighting manufacturer for nearly 20 year and we're looking for sponsorship!
Mate, could have been a great video but the hell annoying music just kills it..., too much detailed focus on irrelevant information...."I'm using my 'unplugged' table saw as a bench".....and then you start doing work without any explanation?
Thanks for the feedback. I’m doing the best I can and so far the feedback has been very positive from most people. Sorry to hear you were disappointed.

You have given me the confidence that I needed to start changing my own tires.

Love the camo graphics!
Great job master 👌👏cool. Really great. Thx and greetings from Germany.

Lightest part opposite valve 🤔 Nope

Glad you enjoyed it. That 900 should be pretty awesome. Hope to see you out there!
Top video! Thx for sharing!
Good real life vid. My OCD would demand that I crank down my table saw/work bench blade. I balance my tires. Part of the fun😀
Saw the Truewerk pants, knew i was in good company.....
BEST work pants ever!
Damn strong
Its a great tire Love it on my MGv85, interested in a comparison to the Ralz

Having fucking mortal combat with a heidenau right now and this dude just pushes his MotoZ off the rim wtf
😂 sorry man. I’m sure you’ve hit it with a good lube of some sort right?
Got a 1090 with the Tractionator so am interested to hear how the adventure version works.
I just got back from my Idaho BDR trip and the tire performed flawlessly. Great in every situation I put it in. And honestly I was surprised how well it held up for all those hard miles. So far I’m a huge fan!
Is that Tyre better for You then rallz i canot mąkę my mind between this two. I ride 50 off 50 on road
Is that a 1090 A?
What tire changing stand do you have did you build it your self?
I believe it is made by Moose Racing. It was actually a gift from a friend.
Do those rims come tubeless or did you convert them? Any issues?
They come that way. No issues!
That music is extremely annoying.
Thanks for the feedback. I’ll hit you up when I choose the next one!
No music would be much better for this type of video
what model is that tyre changer?
I believe it’s by moose racing
Great video!

I’d be interested in discussing this further. Shoot me an email at epicadventuresoffroad@gmail.com
@@EpicAdventuresOffroad Sure Will do!
Invest in a bead buddy, it's worth it.

Difficult to see what you are doing
Turn the music down so us deaf guys can hear ya pal,PLEASE.
Noted for my future videos. Hopefully you still found it helpful.
Difficult to hear you with the music playing in the background. Do not do that it is so annoying. I had to stop watching.
