Wow this is extremely powerful. I never thought to laugh about my trauma. It really enables you to turn the table. I was able to think back about my abuse and actually smile and laugh at a few of the super weird memories. I FEEL POWERFUL! Thank you I’m forever grateful! It’s changed things for me.

Love you guys. Not the first of your videos I’ve seen. Rock on Sebastian. Been there, for 10-15 years, with multiple abusers and didn’t get a tee shirt. Learned a lot 😮😜😂. Just be careful guys. You can laugh now and I do love it. I appreciate what you’re doing. But, be careful, it can come back and hit you like a ton of bricks when you hit your 50’s. Take some advice from an old man. PTSD can be rough, rough, rough. Rock on dude! Keep up the great work Sebastian. 😜🙏🤘🏽
