Its a shame you did this completely wrong. Its critical you consume it in the morning (and at night) as it raises tryptophan. Morning tryptophan is linked to longer sleep at night. Also you didn't consume enough. Did you even read the proposed mechanism of action? As a life long insomniac this has worked very well for me. Extending my average sleep by about an hour.
@@kristfur I would do about 16oz in the morning and night plus. Or less juice and a chewable made from the whole fruit concentrate if you want less sugar. There are several supplements made from the whole fruit concentrate if you don't want all the sugar, but be sure they are not "extracts" as nobody understand the mechanism of action 100%. You need the whole fruit. You could skip the juice all together if you wanted. Take two chewables in the morning and two at night.
I drink 8oz at night and it knocks me out! Lol. I went from sleeping 3-4.5hrs a night due to anxiety to sleeping 7.5hr plus! I absolutely love it. I’m finally getting back to normal sleep & recovery. I don’t know about all the extra he started adding to it, that could potentially keep you up at night. And especially drinking a lot of liquid before bed is a complete no, lol🤦🏽♀️. He had milk with ice that went from 8oz to 16oz quick before bed, duhhh, 😀

Think he should have drank pure tart cherry juice for the Night 7 as Night 4, 5 and 6 were relatively good in terms of sleep. Don't change something when it's working.

I’m going to try a morning cherry tart smoothie with protein powder, then do the night shot. I’ve been finally sleeping 7.5 for 2 out of the 3 nights I’ve started taking the cherry tart. I’m happy

How much per dose is supposed to be taken. Some people say 1 oz, or 4 oz, or 16oz. It's all over the map.

How much sugar? I would add fiber powder to slow down the sugar absorption.
Mine has 27 grams or sugar per 8 oz! I think it's too much sugar.
