    Just had to share my experience with tart cherry extract after watching this video! I've been using Rawya brand for a few weeks now, and the results are amazing! 🙌
    What really blew me away is the noticeable improvement in my sleep quality. I used to struggle with restless nights, but since taking tart cherry extract, I've been waking up feeling refreshed. I've also noticed less post-workout stiffness, allowing me to push harder during my next session. I did my research before trying it, and the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of tart cherries are no joke! It's become a staple in my daily supplement routine, and I can't recommend it enough. When I run out of tart cherry extract, I always keep a supply of Berrilys dried tart cherries in stock-easier for me to reach. I take around one handful of cherries, and it truly regulates my sleep cycle.

    Non-alcoholic beer drank before and after marathon also reduces inflammation and lowers uti risk. NAB contains polyphenols as does TCJ.
    Also it has been shown that while TCJ may improve sleep (does not cure insomnia) in older adults it’s affect is probably not greater than melatonin.

    Hello Coach Elizabeth, this is really ironic, after your last video about Tart cherry juice I have been looking out for it ad couldn't find it any where in the UK. Last week I found a cherry juice in a health food store that I go to, I was going to asked you about it after watching the video and then realised when you said Montmorency cherry juice and realised that is what you were talking about on here. Plus since I have been using it since last Sunday, that's a great build up to a race I have this Sunday. So again thank you for another great tip.

      Hello Norm... I would say yes you could take it before your golf or tennis but make a note of how it affects you if you take at night and also before you play sports as some people can feel drowsy after doing both relating to your 70+ age group see how your fare...always most important for getting your sleep.
      Also bear in mind taking juice undiluted can have a upsetting effect on the stomach so diluting May work better for some.Happy sleep 😴

    • @sarahgerk
      @sarahgerk 5 років тому +5

      It'd be great to have a big, double-blind study for this, but I doubt such resources are deployed for something like tart cherry juice. I know that the sports food industrial complex is ridiculous, and we see a bunch of unfounded claims. That may or may not be the case here. But the highest bar in the empirical process requires a lot of institutional support.

      Me too. Lol. They never respond to their subscribers either.

      I'm so glad u left and decided to live a life of believing only things that appear in "official studies" (and not a thing more) instead of using things that works for professionals (or common sense). Hope u enjoy being a permanent low ranking member in the cult of science (not to be confused with the application of science). I used to be "educated" like you until I wised up and learned the truth about everything which is the opposite of what the TV and universities have forced upon their subscribers. Now, I am far far healthier than my peers of my age group. Have a very good VO2 max and use TCJ as a wonderful nutrient and treat. Meanwhile, have u "ask your doctor" about new drugs for your Crohns?

      rennende Beine auf nassem Asphalt I agree. Claims without sound supporting evidence are usually not worth your time. I did find this meta study which seems to suggest there may be some benefits. I didn’t read it all or read any of the individual studies, but will post the link: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5872786/
