@@BobbyParrish Cherry juice is great for sleep (I go to Door County too!), but I used to eat almonds that I sprouted myself, and they just kept me awake. At this point I avoid nuts and seeds, because they're not very digestible. So, could you explain why almonds are supposed to be good for sleep, and do they work for you?

Hi there! Thanks for this video. I am in healthcare and work midnights, so on my days off it’s very hard to get my body back to normal. I have just recently started drinking tea before bed, so I will definitely try your choice of tea.
Just an idea for you, food options or snacks to have for those who work the graveyard shift. Initially I didn’t want to eat anything, but I found that I needed a little boost of energy to get by the dreaded hours !!!
In addition due to a lovely 3yr old human I can only get 3-4hrs of sleep on my work days, so I really need healthy food options to keep me going.

Dr. Gundry gives some advice that is scientifically based but he is definitely profit motivated. A very small percentage of people have issues with legumes and night shades and he claims it's the main reason for intestinal issues. I have Crohn's disease and I call bullshit. I don't consume either. I don't consume dairy or any food know to be a trigger. My diet is extremely restricted and I still have severe pain. Food is not always the problem

You can see the bits of vanilla bean in the product when it settles and there is a layer of almond cream at the top of the bottle when you open it. Malk is much more watered down even though it is clean.

TIP! Make you own almond milk. Soak the almonds for a day and then use a high power blender and blend them up in a ratio of 1:3 almonds to water. Pour it in a nut milk bag and SQUEEEEEZE all the delicious milk out. This way you don’t have to worry about all those sneaky unhealthy ingredients most store bought nut milks have.

    Hi Bobby
New to the page! It’s AWESOME!! So I’m getting weight loss surgery this month. I REALLY wanted to start over with my health / stomach. Meaning eating as healthy as possible. Can you show what is “healthy” to eat? Like is it better to be vegan or is grass fed - no antibiotic meat is good? Or is incorporating all natural honey, agave or stevia ok for people who were or are over weight / obese? Is this a trigger for overweight people where they start to binge on more? What about if you don’t trigger eating more but the brain reads it wrong as more? Kind of like the diet free diet sugar myth that it makes you become more overweight?! If that’s even right lol - who knows anymore 🤦🏻‍♀️ MAYBE YOU DO ☺️
