This one kicked my ass a little bit lol. With 2 weeks in doing your various workouts I've dropped 9 lbs. I can live with 4.5 lbs a week average. Thanks again for the workouts. This is really helping me drop the weight I gained when my hips went out. Thank you.

My husband has been doing your workouts for weeks now. He broke his knee when he was in the army 21 years ago(a 100 pound shell dropped on it). For months it was really really sore, stiff and painful to the point he could barely walk when he got off of work. Now that he is doing your workouts his knee is much better. Thank you!

Thnx guy I am a guy but with my bad hips knees in back I am limited on things I can do. With the gym closed I tried walking around the track but afterwards I can barely walk for 2-3 days and as a nurse I have to stand and walk a lot at work so that’s no good. I never thought I could get a effective workout in a chair but you proved me wrong. Thnx bro and keep doing what you are doing.

Donovan the name is a bit of a misnomer because we definitely did more than workout while sitting in the chair at 1st I had harsh feelings about you but then you really grew on me, keep up the good work, no excuses!!! This was simply the best.

In the past I’ve had 3 knee surgeries, 1 of those being a knee replacement. I’ve always looked for modified workouts and thankful I’ve found you and this channel with workouts I can do, feel the burn not hurt!!!!! I know I’m getting an amazing workout. Thank you soo much!!!! Thanks bro for this and the channel. I have small fiber peripheral neuropathy which severely limits how much I can be on my feet and use my hands, and i also just broke my foot. I look foward to explore more of your stuff; I’ve been wanting this kind of harder seated workout for years that actually makes me sweat, and not even physical therapists showed me i can have this kind of workout!
I started this workout this week. It has been awesome. I pulled a calf muscle and this is exactly what I need for right now. Hopefully, I will see a difference in doing these workouts.
Donovan thank You so much for these workouts my broken ankle could have resulted in mussel loss and weight gain without you. I love the cross training videos as well and the thoughtful modification. However I would like to shout out to all the Laddies who work just as hard as the men in Your class Like myself I have sustained a weight loss of 90 Pounds for three years with asthma Oustio arthritis in my back and a fractured ankle so I don't believe in exscusses either I belive in equal support and equal respect across the age groups and genders.
Donovan, my wife and I really appreciate all of your videos. Since the pandemic we have not been able to go to the local YMCA to workout and after finding your chair exercises on UA-cam, we will most likely only go back to the "Y" to use the pool now. We enjoy your workouts and feel like your motivating us directly!
