10:22 I have saved a number of your workouts to do at least one every day. I just completed the seated 10 minute workout and I’m telling you, I’m tired!!! But, I feel good. Starting slow and plan to do this one twice a day for the rest of this week before moving on to a longer one next week.

Hey man, over a year ago I had a life threatening infection hit my left leg, I let the recovery get to me nd used it as an excuse tied in with my own prior laziness. I really let me self go, and I reached 600lbs+. Not something im proud of, but I cant blame no one but myself. I honestly had given up and didnt know if I could lose it. But im giving thesei a shot, your workouts are crazy but theyre so do able. I cant do them all and I fill in those ones. But keep pace in each set and giving my all. Thank you for this man, I really hope for a positive outcome. My girlfriend showed me your video last night, and I instantly said this is what I want to do. I hope to really use this for my journey, Ill always need help and motivation but I promise to do my best brother.

I love this workout. I have bad knee pain, but I manage to go the 10 minutes, and I sweat though I am in front of the fan. This tells me that the exercise is working.

I work with adults that have had TBIs and due to the pandemic some of them can't go to the adapted exercise programs that they used to go to before and we have been doing these videos and even for those of us that are physically capable they kick ass! I have lost weight myself from these videos. Thank you so much!
I am severely overweight and while i cant go *alll* the way on some moves like touching my elbows to my knees i gave it my all. Did 2 of your 10 min chair workouts back to back and will try to keep doing them day to day.
I have feet issues so walking and standing up is currently very painfull so having chair workouts is really amazing ! Thank you!

I'm enjoying your videos. Thank you for your motivation. I started your workout as an added effort to regain strength and save my life. I lost my husband 2 years ago. Grief consumed me. My doctor told me in the first year of my loss that if I couldn't find a way through and out if the grief, I'd be dead in a few months. I give God the glory for never leaving my side and pulling me up and through this battle. Now, I'm working on my health. Thank you for helping me with your workouts and positive motivation.
