I just discovered Donovan about a month ago and I have been working out with him every day. Before I started the workouts, I could barely walk up/down the stairs and I was told that I might need knee surgery if things didn't change. Steps are no longer a challenge!! Also, I have lost 25 lbs. (and going) and I feel so much better! I have told everyone I know about Donovan's workouts so that everyone can feel this good. Thanks, Donovan for introducing me to a healthier lifestyle; 63 feels so much better nowadays!!

First off I'd love to thank you for the seated workouts. I just started tonight 12/19/22 and did this video here for the first time. I'm a little embarrassed to be honest because I was only using 5 lb dumbbells' and this workout literally kicked my ass (which I needed). For the last year and a half I was having hip issues. It took dr's that long to finally figure out that I had idiopathic aseptic necrosis in both of my hip joints. Basically the joints were dying due to lack of blood flow to the joints. I had a preservation surgery on the right side that didn't work and 2 months ago had the hip completely replaced. Nothing like having a hip replacement at the age of 48 with the other side needing to be replaced as soon as this side finally heals up. With that said, I'm doing physical therapy 4 days a week right now focusing obviously on strengthening all of the muscles that work the hip. That is where you come in my friend. Due to not being able to walk for the better part of 2 years I gained a ton of weight. I gained about 70 lbs. With the combination of physical therapy and these kick ass workouts of yours I know I'll get to where I want to be. Some things that require bending I modify a hair because I can't bend normally just yet due to restrictions but I can do them with a little bit of a bend. I'm starting with all of your seated workouts and once I can start doing your other workouts I plan on doing those as well. Anyhow, thank you for the motivation and the videos. These are definitely going to get me back to where I want to be. Thanks again!!!!!

This was a good one, and you made it on my 76th birthday. First time I am exercising since before thanksgiving, had my gallbladder taken out. Now I have to face radiation for a spot on my lung, but I am going to keep working out and try to stay positive, you do that for me, thanks :)

Hi 👋 Mr Green bless day to you, I am 57 I fell down some steps years ago was hospitalized did therapy, my therapist said I should go and join a gym weights which I didn't, however I have started the chair workout with you and also the weights training, thanks so much for the opportunity to workout here because I couldn't afford a gym so I have problems obtaining a job, God bless you and those who are here like me, I am from the Island of Trinidad and Tobago.

Awesome workout! I am in a full leg cast and was able to do all the upper body and modify the lower body exercises for my situation. Love your enthusiasm and passion for health and strength. It's a bright spot during this personally challenging time when I'd really love to be skiing and doing yoga. Keep up the great work!

I just wanted to let you know how much I loved your videos. I began watching back in 2013-14 when I had the lap band surgery. I watched you every day and I lost 120 lbs. and kept it off until recently when the band failed and had it removed a couple of months ago. I have subsequently put back on some of the weight. I went back to watch your videos but they were gone. After some panicked research, I found you again. I'm scheduled to have surgery to have the sleeve done and get back down to my normal weight. Your videos are super easy to do and you are such an AWESOME motivator. XXXOOO🥰🤘🤘🤘🤘

This is a great workout! Recovering from a broken foot in a cast, and can modify some of the leg lift movements and still get a lot of benefit. Thrilled to have found this and the upper body workout is amazing. Just what I need since my mobility is limited to a knee scooter and crutches. THANK YOU!
