Going to do this every day for 30 days I'm not like others who don't update I WILL complete 💯 Day 1: this was very hard I'm probably gonna be sore loved it tho Day 2: really felt the Barbie energy today Like I guessed, I was very sore but I still did everything and enjoyed didn't feel like 20 mins at all. I really love Ur energy Callie and the way you motivate us during the workout 💪 💖 Day 3: Was feeling pretty demotivated but did it anyway Halfway through the workout I was energetic 4:00 manages to kill me every time tho Day 4: I literally forgot I had to workout but did it a little late and bcuz of that my mom walked in to clean and my brother was making SOO much noise 😭 I couldn't do it properly for the first 5 mins but completed it So far it's absolutely amazing 🤩 Day 5: today is the last day of the week. I workout for 5 days and take a 2 day break. Again I was very demotivated but the workout ended soo quick. I was soo sore today. My back and shoulders were aching so hard See y'all next week Day 6: I'm back and I did it Was absolutely amazing 😍 I do see some muscle definition when I suck my belly in (for stomach vaccums) it wasn't there before I can literally see 11 abs Day 7: idk why today I didn't see feel the burn. I did feel pain and burn but not as much as last week Day 8: I decided to wake up really early and do it was amazing 😍 Day9: I did it and I didn't feel a burn 😭 I'll have to use all my energy for day 10 Day10: felt the burn a lil but not us much as the first few days tho. Also I decided to do both sides of the modified side plank and leg circles together since I felt like I would feel the burn on the left side of the body while doing all the exercises in between. 1/3 of the challenge completed. See u next week Day11: did it in the morning and felt good 😊 stuff went by quick Day12: did it late cuz I was out the entire day + my dad was at home so there was a chance he would see me workout but still went by itt Day13: did it peacefully I guess I got used to it cuz it dosent burn as much Day 14: ate WAYY too much today but still did it Day15: did it I started doing a thigh gap workout and it KILLED me but whatever Halfway there soooo excited Day16: the back series killed me 😭 and yesterday night I tried to do a push up and even tho I couldn't reach the ground and do a proper one I still somewhat managed to bend my elbows Might not seem like a lot but I couldn't do it before Day 17: came back from a 7 hour drive (was hiking was 1 hour) and did it Feel so freaking proud of me for completing it even tho I was back and exhausted 😭 Day 18: did it omg I was at my frds house and we decided to do this together she loved it Day 19: really felt the burn today and was sweating 😅 Day 20: it was soo refreshing omg 2/3 the way there my belly has definitely had some muscle definition and it has flattened Day 21: did itt I think I really improved my flexibility cuz when I do the stretch now it dosent even hurt like at all sooo omg I'm flexible now Day 22: was refreshed Just started school and it sucks I have to do this for 1 more week and I'm done Day 23: I think my strength has definitely improved w this a few months ago a 5 year old (mind literally 5) challenged me to an arm wrestle and won 😭 but now I defeated literally everyone in my bus even the jacked up dude 😎 Day 24: I'm gonna be utterly honest I was lazy to do it but I'll have to forced myself to do this I'm practically counting till 30 days now
that went by so fast! before i knew it, the class was over. I don't think I have ever had a workout go by that fast before. thank you so much for helping me to realize that i don't workout to look better, i work out to get stronger.
