    Hi, my name is Callie and I'm a certified Pilates and Barre instructor and certified holistic health coach. As a former competitive figure skater who struggled with body image and chronic injuries, I fell in love with low-impact “flow” type workouts, like Pilates and barre. After spending many years feeling bloated, low energy and discouraged, I realized the power of listening to how your body feels before/during/after your workout. Not only do you see physical results through doing the right exercises for you, but you also see mental results! Combining my favorite transformative mind and body practices, I've created my own technique of movement: an empowering blend of motivational affirmations, Pilates, and barre style exercises :) I hope u enjoy!!!

    I loved this workout. I am 56 in shape but with a couple small injuries and I truly appreciate your classes. You have such a great attitude and I need that in the morning 😊

    So I tried to sign up for sweaty studio, but something is clearly not working right. I try to play a class and it tells me I am not signed up and I have to resign up again. I dont get to play the clas and then i cant click any boxes of what membership i would like. Is this an app issue?
