I started this class feeling a bit blah… WOWZA! I truly woke up half way through and although I couldn’t do the flip dog, I replaced with a pigeon and continued the class.. Thank you so much for this amazing 15 min class! Can’t wait to try the other 15 minutes sessions! 🤙🏾🌈🤙🏾🌈🤙🏾🌈🤙🏾🌈

First time for me to do a practice with you. And unexpectedly I enjoyed it) Normally I practice with your wife. She is amazing. But I also realised that practicing with someone a bit less flexible is more relatable. I mean, I try my best, but still have a very long way to go. Just an idea - making a lesson for people like me (I'm not even half as flexible as you) with props etc. to show some proper way to practice when you are not flexible. Yes, you often give adjustments for people who don't feel like it today, but still an outstanding flexibility is a baseline, so you have to make mental adjustments. Could be fun it was the other way around for once)
