I came across this video, and I love it! I am making some items for a raffle, and I was having trouble thinking of things to make for men. Thank you!!!!
This is a wonderful idea. Here in America we have grocery stores called Aldie don’t know if you have them there or not. But you have to have a quarter to put in the shopping cart to get one out of the bin to shop with. This will be perfect to attach to your purse and always have your quarter ready. Thank you for showing me what I will be giving for Christmas gifts this year.
This is perfect timing for me! I made a zipper pouch that I wear while walking or golfing. I always put my Visa card and driver's license inside, loose. I knew I'd lose one of those important cards while pulling out my mask, phone etc. So now I'll have this inside my zipper pouch to secure my ID's. Thank you!!!!
Thank you so much Patricia 😀 I'm kind of in camouflage against the back wall now lol. Got to decide whether to go back to blonde once the hair dressers opens again or whether to stay Pinky Ogg!
I’m so grateful I followed my heart to buy things from *Ericroboti* on telegram the dude made believe this whole thing I’m so grateful and happy at the same time I got my credit card From him
This is perfect. I usually have “ scrap “ pieces from my leather and cork projects and have kept them all flat in a bin.....just waiting for such a project to use them for. Thank you for sharing🥰 🌹🇬🇧🌹
I love this, it looks so easy and it is the perfect accessory for these crazy times because I only carry my driver's license, a credit card and some cash when I go out instead of a purse. Thank you!

I love both your hair and this pattern!!! I have 3 sons and I don't think they're capable of telling us that we look young and chic. Lol But I love the pink on you!!!
Hi! I am loving all your makes and your generosity in sharing your freebies. Thank you! One thing that kinda freaks me out though is showing your credit card in some of your videos. I hope it's a closed account or fake card cause there's too many nasty people out there. Please stay safe.
A nice little project for scraps and to use my new cam snaps. Thank you. We don't have much call for trolley tokens here in Florida, but I think you could use that pocket for an SD card with your emergency info on it.
Another fantastic pattern from you, Diane, thank you! Just bought it and may have to interrupt the quilt top I am piecing to make it! I love the colours of your cork fabric 🥰
It's a great pattern - such a useful item - and a great video as usual. Thank you very much. (And the Compact Accordian Wallet you show in the video is absolutely beautiful - that's yet another wonderful pattern).
thanks Diane handy little thing to have, got the pattern, I do like your hair, I'm not brave enough to go pink, I did try the silver, but didnt seem to make much difference lol
Like this project and your tutorial very much; Q. though this was posted some time ago, am wondering if it can be made from quilting fabric rather than cork, vinyl, etc. If so, what adjustments would need to be made please? Hopefully someone can help - this would be great stocking stiffer for all on my list. Thanks for your great YT tutorials, hope to view many more.
This one is a raw edge project but I have a card case suitable for quilt cottons here: www.spencerogg.com/free-sewing-pattern-the-glitzy-gift-card-wallet/
Omg, I have a box like yours only bigger , now you have me paranoid about dropping it. Thanks alot? haha I'm kidding but now I'm gonna have to be extra careful.
I'm a newbie and trying to make this with pleather but the top layer gets pushed by the presser foot so slippery no matter if I'm sewing wrong side to right side or wrong sides together. Any suggestions I can try?
I think its 3mm - but look for good quality cork from Portugal, there are now some poor quality thin corks out there that are very flimsy. I buy most of mine here: www.taniafabric.com/
Love this item. Used a 90/14 needle and the fabric is leather-type but I’m struggling to stitch anything other than the initial top stitching. My machine is skipping stitches 😢 any advice please
love this.. I am making the NCW and the body has vinyl but when I come to sew the sides to cover the cards my machine won;t sew the vinyl any tips thanks
All my patterns are engineered to be made on domestic machines, not all patterns are. The NCW is not one of mine, so I'm not sure of the contruction - I think it is pretty thick at the sides and may be more suitable for industrial machines, but why not check in with the designer xx
There are different qualities of cork available. Most are very good but there are odd ones that are not quite up to par. I buy mine from Tania Fabrics on Facebook or Sew Hot
Yes, absolutely. All my patterns are sew and sell. As long as you are making them yourself (not in a factory environment/mass production) then sell away - good luck!
Wow I love that pink! Do you know what brand and color was used? I do realize how light your hair was before and that pre lightening needs to happen in order to achieve it, I just need to know what the pink is if you please! Love love love it!
I use Gutterman sew-all thread for virtually everything - you can see all the details here: consumer.guetermann.com/en/product-finder/sew-all-thread-rpet
I have been trying to buy this pattern for about 10 minutes. I clicked on buy i went to pay by paypal, signed and nothing, now how do I get the pattern to download?
Hi Joyce. Web site showing that you have downloaded now, so hopefully you solved it whilst I was sleeping, sorry for any inconvenience, just e-mail me if any problems xx

You are so amazing! Your back wall is so colorful. With you in front of it, you create a very colorful image indeed.

Love it, will be so handy especially when going out with only a small cross body bag, no need to carry a bulky purse. Going to make one tomorrow.x

Thanks Pauline. Have fun!
That is a fun little make, Diane. A great add-on when making a bag. Thanks for another great tutorial. I just picked up the pattern.
Wonderful! Thanks Gwen. Looking popular, I've had most of my samples 'borrowed' already - always a good sign

Oh thank you Linda! Growing old disgracefully lol
Love this tutorial Diane Xmas idea comes to mind thank you so much. X
Yes it will make great quick Xmas gifts - you could even add a gift card ! (or not, surely they will be happy with just our handywork lol)

haha I'm kidding but now I'm gonna have to be extra careful.
Can you imagine picking all those up again :)
Love this idea but I’m in the states and was lost in regards to the trolley token. Lol
I think you call it an Aldi token - we need them for all the supermarkets in the UK ;)
Spencer Ogg ohhh I see! Cool idea! Thanks!!
I'm a newbie and trying to make this with pleather but the top layer gets pushed by the presser foot so slippery no matter if I'm sewing wrong side to right side or wrong sides together. Any suggestions I can try?
Pleather doesn't always stitch easily with a normal presser foot. Try a walking foot if you have one. If not a teflon or roller foot will help.
Can you tell me what thickness of cork did you use for this project please x
I think its 3mm - but look for good quality cork from Portugal, there are now some poor quality thin corks out there that are very flimsy. I buy most of mine here: www.taniafabric.com/

Always use a walking foot with leather and vinyl CT ❤️
Bought a walking foot and OMG the difference is amazing! Thank you for replying, there’ll be no stopping me now 🤣

Hello! Where do you get your fabrics from? Thank you, great vids 👍🏼
The cork I use is from Tania Fabrics on Facebook
Does your corfk have a backing? I got some and it is VERY thin!
There are different qualities of cork available. Most are very good but there are odd ones that are not quite up to par. I buy mine from Tania Fabrics on Facebook or Sew Hot
I added an ID pocket to the other side.
Great idea !
Hi good morning, can I ask if we buy this pattern can we then make a sell them. It is such a great pattern for putting in with bags.
Yes, absolutely. All my patterns are sew and sell. As long as you are making them yourself (not in a factory environment/mass production) then sell away - good luck!
Thank you
Do these hold up well without edge coat or do you use edge coat?
You can definitely add edge coat, they will look great, but they hold up fine without too
Wow I love that pink! Do you know what brand and color was used? I do realize how light your hair was before and that pre lightening needs to happen in order to achieve it, I just need to know what the pink is if you please! Love love love it!
