Nice dresser. Someone could paint that and use it in a bedroom pretty easily or paint it and use it as a hutch in a small kitchen area. The couch with matching love seat look like they are in pretty good shape on camera. Hope they all sell quickly. Also, I think of you as a wholesaler. You buy it as it is and the next guy does the reno. You had some cool old wire baskets the other day. I was curious if they sold? Some people who like antiques might like them.
I haven’t sold the baskets yet! They are super cool. I’m not sure why, I priced them only at $30 and they haven’t moved. I’ll try and record it when I sell them so you can have an update! Thanks for watching!
Black dresser/cabinet definite yes! That's so nice of the homeowner to offer you more items. The couch and other pieces looked very comfortable. I am no expert l but I think you made the right decision on the white dressing table.
How I finally made it was making up Flyers. I put out a flyer anywhere there was a for sale sign Orin empty dumpster. You cannot legally put it in the mail slot but you can put it under a rock on the pile of stuff on the trash can underneath the mat near the front door under the windshield wiper of their car. Put everything you want on it and say it's 100% free no tricks no gimmicks Etc no dump 100% green. That's roughly what mine said.🎉 it works the phone will start ringing for pickups these people will give you all kinds of good stuff🎉 it appeals to people's good nature🎉
I think all the furniture is nice, but then again I had a house burn down and I have to replace everything and I'd rather use my money for something else, especially if I could find great stuff like that being thrown away
Sorry to hear about your house. My grandmothers house burned down in March 2020, the day the world shut down. I know how hard it is to go through that, best of luck to you 😀

Use some spray carpet cleaner on the chair and ottoman. Or dawn dish soap. It literally takes 5 minutes …
