Wow! Multiple streams of income with this business model. Customer pays big bucks to remove unwanted items. The items in good condition are then flipped for profit. Any metals are sold to a scrapyard. I love it. Well done guys. I see a future multimillion dollar business here.
Got yourself a new subscriber, i usually don't watch videos all the way through, always skipping. But i can honestly say i didn't skip through your video. I would love to work for you guys, amazing content!
Great video👏 I subscribed. It reminded me of the time I helped my brother with his lawn mowing business when he first started. He got a lucky break doing a job for an attorney who then introduced him to grants for startups. Thanks to that help, he was able to open his own business.
The attorney is a professional grant attorney who assists businesses with their grant applications by reviewing and editing documents, ensuring all required information is provided, and offering guidance on presenting the business positively to lenders improving the chances of funding approval.
Thanks for sharing this here. I need your help. I've been searching for a business grant or Loan to rebrand and get some new equipment's for my construction company. My company is LLC and verified and i wanted to know how you were able to get approve for grant funds because l'm desperately in need of funding thank you… if possible recommend the attorney to me
This ia great content. If you guys continue making content of this nature I can see you guys blowing up both business wise and youtube wise. Edit was great, content was great. Overall it was extremely well shot. Not that I am old but when I was in high school I wish I had this type idea because its awesome to see people with great ideas for making money.
Scratching my head “like why are these people paying to get rid of decent looking furniture that they could post on FB marketplace” much respect boys to the hustle and it’s definitely worth looking into
lol thats what i used to do. i worked for a moving company that did residential and they would throw stuff away all the time like treadmills, couches. workout equipment, tables, clocks etc. would take them back to the warehouse and put them on facebook lol
New Sub here guys !!! Didn't realize you guys were in Mass till I saw the License plate , I moved from Springfield to Florida a few years ago. What a great work ethic you guys have , AND you are doing this with your friends and family which is AMAZING !!! Great job guys, seriously !! I hope you inspire other young people with these videos, keep up the great work !!
You must have some great parents who raised you right. This is creative, and its nice to see kids still in school setting up a business that could last a life time.
Another new subscriber. I would love to know more about your business model and what it costs to dump the junk. Keep up the great work. I watched the whole video.
Honestly congrats on the hustle. I can't believe people pay that much to get rid of stuff I grew up with a trades dad in the uk so was always taught to be self sufficient and never to pay for something you can do yourself so to see people paying $400 to remove furniture to me is just wild but guess some people have money to throw away or value time differently.
count the time that you spend renting a truck, drive it, pay dump fee, gas, return the truck, it will cost you a day of work and if you are old you cannot do it alone. To rent a skip container cost the same plus you must throw the stuff in it which not many people can do alone. So it makes sense to pay few hundred for stuff to be removed.
Hey guys just throwing some ideas out there, grab a pad or two moving pads I mean and some shrink wrap and wrap up your donations/resells.. it’ll ride safer with it getting back to the warehouse! Good stuff I’m 30 years old Cdl driver and u guys got me rethinking what I’m doing I’m driving trucks right now and might have to just buy a dump truck , keep striving and grinding ! 💪
That is crazy on the amount it cost to remove junk. I do understand the (having to drive the rig to the house then to the dump and also pay for the dump) I can see it adding up because you also have to make a profit and worth your time. Great job keep up the grind and hard work!!
Remember guys every client is a free advert for your service ,be kind, be helpful and always give respect and don,t mess with personal stuff thats a big NO NO., People really don,t like that , Have Fun always Razzo
well the prices are pretty high to remove junk .. a truckload like the one they have i think 10 yards is 600, 15 yard is 800 and thats in Massachusetts I wouldn't hire them just because the prices are almost triple in cost but kudos to them for working so hard good kids thier moms must be proud
Mad respect to the hustle, only piece of advice is shoulder straps. Towards the end one of your team members were dragging that hutch on the wooden floor, that’s claim central. In the world of claims, one small scratch is a brand new entire floor for the home. I’m a broker for appliance home delivery so claims are are awful other than that sick video 👌🏽
Awesome channel I enjoy watching that good way to make money and could resell a lot of stuff y’all get and the metal yall could take to the scrap yard for extra cash I subscribed to your channel!
Nice video, do you guys ever think about buying a box truck? This way you can transport items you would like to resell dry and not broken. Please make more vlogs since they are very entertaining and learnfull.
It's amazing how lazy some people are...I think I need to start doing this work. I like that y'all have a warehouse to resale & repurpose. However I would be looking out for pots, pans, & old cutlery. They sale great too.
Man, I need to raise my prices! I would have probably charged $1400 for that last job you did. I think the amount of competition here in San Diego is forcing me to keep my prices down.
This VLOG is Great! Keep it up ! Can you please tell us the lead source for every job you get ? So i can know with ones to try out or works best for you !
I hope so much success in this! It really is gonna make millions! As a fellow business owner if you would like a piece of advice since there is multiple owners I would highly recommend getting with a lawyer in place about a contract, I highly doubt ether one of you would do anything to ruin the business but say a divorce or accident happens what’s the plan. I had a buddy years ago he was part of a landscaper business I would run into and he went threw a divorce and she ended up getting 30% of the business and it was a family business and they ended up closing due to disagreement.
I would add a discount on ur businesscards. Like a 10 bucks off when u show the card. At least people keep the card instead of it disappeared in the junkmail. And ull have people giving them to theyre family members and neighbors .
Yeah milion dollar busines, but only in America. If you told somebody here in Europe 560 dollars for removing small pile of rock, he laugh ass of and say if you are mad.
Aye guys love the motivation, I am a business owner as well in the moving sector. I was wondering how you guys get most of your jobs. Any marketing tips for a small business owner?
These people could have easily sold, or given away, that stuff at a yard sale. Talk about wastage $$. Paying someone $400-600 to take away a small load?
That’s crazy a bunch of that stuff you got there was actual good stuff to sell. I just left you guys up. That’s cool. You’re near Boston. I was just there a couple years ago. There’s cool areas outside of Boston I think, but I cannot stand driving in downtown Boston.
My heart sank when I saw that antique furniture gets thrown in the back of the truck. I felt better when I saw that you actually sell them! Great work! 😀😀
Thumbs up to recycle, renew, reuse. Make it cool to give back and hey sell what ya can. Too many haulers just waste and add to their dump fees. Best wishes!
It’s easy when you have rich parents. Their parents automatically invest into whatever business they want and fund it all to start. Guaranteed their dads paid for the shop too
There is always at least one of you in the comments sections I have no idea if they patients are rich are not but regardless they are out doing something and make money there own money. Can you explain a bit more about the role of an attorney and how they assisted him?
The attorney is a professional grant attorney who assists businesses with their grant applications by reviewing and editing documents, ensuring all required information is provided, and offering guidance on presenting the business positively to lenders improving the chances of funding approval.
That’s one hell of a coincidence, if you don’t mind telling me the attorney that helped him because I know quite a few 🤔
thanks for breaking it down and you seem to know a lot about it, so I take it you were in with him in business lol

No time
Busy dealing with medical emergencies
Some people just want to get rid of stuff asap instead of dealing with sletchy buyers on FB or craigslist

dealing with FB marketplace isnt worth it unless you desperately need to save or make a few hundred bucks
Here in the U.K. there is many people doing this and it’s a crowded market, we can also not charge nowhere near as much as you do.
