Those chairs look like they are in great shape and I can see some kid riding that scooter for sure. Looks like everyone is getting rid of their summer stuff and kids toys. I loved that little farm house you had with the little people a few days back. I didn't know they were still popular but I recall when they were a big deal. Great imagination toys for little ones.

Rocking chairs are standard issue for elementary teachers. Generally used when the kids sit on the carpet and teachers read to them. As long as it's in good repair, they can paint it whatever color they want. That will definitely go. Small power washer for items like those white plastic lawn chairs might increase their value. My home is filled with furniture passed down through generations. You're right about passing it on. I like your videos as it's like treasure hunting!

I have seen those landfills in the Chicagoland area like the green valley overlook which use to be a landfill, and they are massive!! I agree it’s good to sell/donate/give people items instead of throwing them out and making more of these landfills.
