Just for the site prep (services) and basement foundation - they will need to likely spend another 150 to 200k on the structure and interior.

Great info. Any info on cost of Grading Plan from Engineer? Also the cost to upgrade to 1" plumbing? We are trying to get an idea of site servicing costs for prefab ADU on grade (no bsmt). Thanks.
