  • This is the fourth of six videos where we want to introduce what we call the maximum suite strategy, which explores six components to implement in your investment journey. These six components can be broken down into our handy W.E.A.L.T.H formula, which is an acronym that happens to spell out wealth.

    Innisfil and Barrie are also great places to create ADUs, as they allow 3 units within the existing structure. I've converted my downstairs and 200 sq ft garage into an ADU!

    Hamilton is great, other than a rental license being required in that city. Great way to incentivize investors to alleviate the housing crisis 🙄

    Looking forward to the in-person comprehensive program...about taking the main building and converting it into 4 units....you can have 4 hydro and 4 gas meters, but how to manage shared aspects like the roof, outside walls, yard/landscaping, eaves troughs? I don't really want to charge a maintenance fee, rather I would want the owners of each unit to manage these shared aspects themselves. How would you suggest going about that?

      Most people doing these own the whole house, but in the future condoizing will be done which would likely require ongoing maintenance fees.

    hey Andy....great videos. im trying to aditional suite in Loyalist (near Kingston) i have let them know what i want and there are getting back to me, as they are not up to date on the new policy. Could you tell me a good site to find out what the new 22 policy is, as they are showing me 2019 policy building critria... this is not going to be fun......no red tape.....bs ....there is no tape :) new rules but playing with old referrees. Forgot to mention i was doing a new build on a lot.
