Thanks for going into detail on The Watcher: as always, an ambiguous concept or simple side character is made needlessly convoluted by extended Doctor Who media. This is why your series matters: to make some kind of sense of this crap we love so tragically much!

I watched Sil and the Devil Seeds of Arodor in November 2019, at a public screening. I was actually sat next to Philip Martin throughout, and wasn't too far away from Nabil Shaban. I met Sophie Aldred as well. At the screening, it was explained that this more a character piece rather than a plot-driven story. As such, I thought it was a success. Shaban is brilliant as always, and performances from Sophie Aldred, Christopher Ryan, Sakuntala Ramanee and Janet Henfrey were great. The work that went into it was thoroughly appreciated by all. Clearly, we weren't the only ones, as it would go on to win a Philip K. Dick award. Like most unofficial film projects, it does the best it can with what it's got, and for that it can only be applauded, frankly.
I liked to think the 4th Dr became the new White Guardian, then popped up as the curator later. The Watcher regeneration was different because of this. The White Guardian was merging with the 4th Doc. I conceed that this is quite a stretch though.
6:55 I always interpreted this panel as the Doctor speaking English (as he always does) and the broken translation matrix translating it into an alien language.

I'd TOTALLY be fine with that if they reveal that the theme song is the doctors name, cause that honestly makes all the sense in the world and can probably fits into every single piece if media the doctor has been apart of, hell maybe the Sarah Jane adventures theme is HER name gallifraien as well just to tie everything in a neat little bow, that's how we end the series honestly, I'm 100% would be fine with that as an ending

I really recommend that you give "Watchers" from Big Finish a listen. It's an Audio Novel written by Adric himself (Matthew Waterhouse). It's set directly before Logopolis, provides a whole new layer of context for the following story, and drip-feeds new facets of Gallifrey brand new to this story, and the Watcher itself.

Somewhere I read a great theory that the Watcher is actually a deteriorating alternate fifth Doctor, who travels back in time due to the entropy seen in Logopolis, with the purpose of changing the future to save the universe so he doesn’t exist. In the original timeline Nyssa didn’t join the Doctor and that’s one of the things the Watcher corrects. As well as the end of the universe. I’ve never seen the Watcher as a version of the Davison fifth Doctor - his costume is completely different and looks like decaying Elizabethan garb rather than cricket whites. Also in Death Comes to Time the Time Lord the Minister of Chance introduces a computer virus verbally presumably using Old High Gallifreyan.
I think the made up fact of series 3 is that the doctor killed millions to eradicate the disease Agent Yellow. He created an antidote called Agent Scarlet. At least, that's what the wiki says.
From what I can find in online reference guides, that fact is indeed true. The Doctor created Agent Scarlet but it failed, so he did… something with singularities that killed six hundred million humans but cured the rest.

Thinking about it, there's a Titan story where 11 is hanging in space and he says something which is possibly not English? Like, a caption genuinely says 'Could be an ancient Gallifreyan curse word or his lips are just fused together' and refuses to give us an answer
There's nothing to say the faulty Translation Circuits of the TARDIS didn't translate the Doctor's speech from English into a completely different alien language and that's what Alice heard.
When It Comes To The Doctor Not Speaking English, I Think I Can Fix That Canonically.

is the fact that was incorrect that the characters mentioned in the sarah jane adventures audio adventures during the broke canon with the art were incorrect cause it was rani who was with sarah jane in that story while clyde and sky were having the side adventure with the magician and luke just straight up wasn't in the story

I watched back through season 3 and I either think that the one about Peri saying the N-Word is false, though I understand not finding a lot of info on it, or when talking about stowaways, you mentioned a 4th doctor comic where K-9 and The Doctor have a monster on board, something I can not find anything on. Also your gran prob doesn’t have a multiverse, but God knows she deserves one.

Taking a shot at your "Fake fact". Is it that we don't know who the version of the Master is at the start of the Doctor Who movie? Because technically it's still the Beevers Master, says so in Big Finishes "Planet of Dust".
The Beevers Master says "Neering the end of my millenia of life in torment, memories have come back to me, I know now that, that husk escaped the Eye of Harmony and went traveling to Colstar, before being pulled back into the Vortex (referring to the Eric Roberts). Then the the Eleven confirms it again by listing all the ways our favorite crispy time load has survived. Including "body snatching a Trocken, the Cheeta race, the Thuna. And a DEATHWORM MORPHANT (the worm we see the master escape as, and into the body of Eric Roberts). But all of the bodies he inhabits burn out and he always reverts back to his burt out self.
The Master being killed at the start of the movie could very well be the Beevers Master, we just can't see his face.

2. The Viryans Created All Life it's spelt Viyrans not Viryans though I imagine this was a mistake
