It is a big universe, multiverse, omniverse, whatever. As someone who grew up on comics, I'm tempted to give it a weird, complicated explanation, but this is Who, and I respect it's loose canon. There could be a weird explanation like how Marvel and DC explain their crossovers the the 70's where they just act like it's the same universe (which is two gods that represent the universe touch, which makes the universe collide, duh), but there isn't, and I respect that. I’m pretty sure The Avengers (as in John Steed & Emma Peel, from the show Sidney Newman created before he moved to the BBC and created DW) are at that party too. Good to know there is a canon out there where The Avengers met The Avengers. Still, there needs to be a proper Who/Avengers crossover - heck, the Pertwee era was practically modelled on The Avengers.
I really don't want to be "that guy"... ...but that's not going to stop me. 7:08 There is an alien character from the Doctor Who comics called "Ivan Asimoff", but the picture you show is non-alien Isaac Asimov. 5:40 (Looks at Najawin) Yeah we're aware
Death's Head needs to join the MCU
Holy shit I went to the Lands end DW exhibition too!!! It was so cool as a kid and I'd kill to go back in time to go there again :)
THE NAVY STAIRWELL WITH THE DALEK
@@SamyulDavis I distinctly remember SHITTING myself when that came up.
You are the best. I need this.
Unicron would be a terrifying threat in the Doctor Who universe.
Eagerly awaiting the Combat Wombat Cinematic Universe.
Fuck. He finally talked about Death's Head...
Fuck it, every universe is the Doctor Who universe. Made a fictional universe? Yeah, well, its in the Doctor Who universe now. Trying to make a fictional universe outside the Doctor Who universe? Impossible. Don't try. Its too late. It, by existing, is part of the Doctor Who universe. And that is the answer to life my friends.
This whole series is an iceberg meme.
Combat Wombat is the Timeless Child. Also 7:50 BOOO!
To me the Shadow Proclamation were like the UN of the post-time war universe. They have rules but are mostly powerless to enforce them.
Think you can do one with Lego Doctor interacting with all those lego characters?
Wow, I had that issue of dr who adventures at 11:52
Love your videos , your amazing
Combat Wombat took me by surprise, thats a UA-camr I follow
DAVIS did you know about the Doctor Who escape room?
yis but I can't imagine ever finding one fun personally, i'm even 50/50 on the immersive theatre experience
Yea i'm gonna need the source on that flying temporal centaur man at 11:37 there Sam
Weapons of Past Destruction, the first titan comics 9 story! It's actually all about them. Great species.
@@SamyulDavis Awesome! I'm gonna go look for that now. Thanks dude!
0:38 1. Why do you hate people who want continuity? 2. How exactly does caring about the continuity "ruin storytelling"?
Because people cry and moan about good stories. Just because they don't line up with A random line from the seventies which in itself was a rercon
Can you talk about more doctor who in lego dimensions
Honestly the best doctor who game we've ever gotten.
Gallifrey is really easy to get to if punching through a harder than diamond wall for billions of years is a doddle to you.
Or you just take the safety lock off and think of Gallifrey in the telepathic controls
@@SamyulDavis she takes him where he needs to go or where Clara needs to go.
Marvel does exist in the Whoinverse. Remember 'The Return Of Doctor Mysterio'?
When you see Optimus Prime in the thumbnail you know it's going to be good.
So, it was just Death's Head (heard of him, yes?). Yeah, the Doctor in Transformers is mostly confined to reference and characters acting like him, as his universe(s) are in the wider Omniverse rather than the Transformers multiverse. That being said, Doctor Who exists as a TV series in universe Gargent 1084.29 Alpha, the universe of the Challenge of the GoBots cartoon (which is part of Transformers now thanks to years of companies buying each other), where in an episode of the second season (which doesn't exist in our universe but that's another story) the evil Renegade Re-Volt dresses up as the Fourth Doctor to infiltrate a Sci-fi convention. God, why do I know these things...
Ivan Asimov? Is this some alternate world version of Isaac Asimov? And that Sapphire looks nothing like Joanna Lumley.
I Got To Go The Experience But I Was A Kid And Don't Remember A Single Bit. But I Swear If I Miss Out On Time Fracture I Will Jump Into The Heart Of The Tardis! (I Know From Photos I Went In The Tenth Doctors Tardis And Put My Hand On The Moment.)
Another great video :)
12:14 Sid Wilson?
Toe to tip, thats a bart!
I don't recognize all of those Shadow Proclamation shots. Did some of that footage take place outside of the Doctor Who TV series proper?
All from Journeys End & The Magicians Apprentice
@@SamyulDavis Ah that's right! Magician's Apprentice. You'd think I'd know my favorite two-parter better. Thanks, as always, Davis.
i love this series
I like that Davis just dies at the end of this one. More videos should end like this
0:14 okay I agree with all of these except have you seen Jodie's muscles
She is tiny and I could step on her
Parallel Warallel Timey Wimey Wibbly Wobbly.
The 2nd coming probably happened twice also!
He didn't? well I've completely misunderstood scream of the shalka then
attack the block happens in the doctor who universe, prove me wrong
@DAVIS I think at one point you've mentioned that you read the Missy book. So I take you know how the Dalton Rassilon regenerated into the Sumpter version?
Nah, I read a little back when the town library was still open but it came in the mail just this week with all the other stuff i've used the ko-fi money on :)
@@SamyulDavis Oh right, should I tell you? it's nothing remarkable I just liked it
I'll return to this comment once I've read it :)
@@SamyulDavis Or you could look up Rassilon's wiki. I don't want to hype it up it was just a small detail I liked as a Master fan and it doesn't impact the story
Tbh I live for broke canon on the daily
I went to the 2014 one, i was the one who touched the dalek, very scary
Wait at what point did the Time agency clear up after 13’s adventures?
In the climax of A New Beginning she calls in the cavalry. The fam also have two allies who join the time agency who pop up sometimes. They kind of resolve the 'problem' for them in Hidden Human History.
DAVIS so I’m guessing these are form comics then? Makes sense
I would go back to 2012 in a flash
