In West Virginia if you’ve had Haz-Mat in the past, no course is required before taking endorsement test. Not sure if it’s like that in other states. I haul condensate oil at $35.00 an hour and OT after 40 hours.

I got a hazmat 2 years ago in Florida. There are plenty of online free courses and also you can get book at the local library to study from. This for CDL-A endorsements in general.
Then you take the test, pass and the DMV will fingerprint you. Then wait 6 weeks about, and if background checks out you get the hazmat on your CDL-A
    In Florida cost is $125.00
