Informative video man! The side by side comparison is a great idea to show the view from the different mounting points…! I’ve got the poc coron air also and am considering mounting a go pro, thanks for sharing your set up 👍👍

I always felt like if I had my Gopro on a chest mount and took a fall it would hurt a lot. Especially if I had a gimble. the mount is more ON my chin than under but the go pro does hang under the helmet a bit. However, it doesn't take much force to move so if I do go down it just moves. If my helmet could mount it on the visor I might look into doing that. ON the chin is a nice POV because you can see you bike in some shots.

I think the visor mount give you a closer view of what your eyes would see.

    Great video bro, 🤙🏽🤙🏽
I plan on buying the same helmet and setting the chin mount, I got a question for you tho..
Was your gopro touching your helmet on top? Because it seemed like you was looking at the ground the whole time. (Don’t get me wrong , I know you have to look down LOL, I ride as well but it just seemed down more than usual)

The only reason it was looking down so much was I forgot to check the GoPro angle before riding, I was in a rush that day and just forgot lol

What do you think of the regular vs. carbon version of that helmet?

DeepBrain X carbon looks cooler, weight is really similar. The only difference is the shell of the helmet the size and impact material are all the same

Question for you, I just got my Coron Air Carbon helmet and trying to figure out where to mount. I'm not crazy about the look when sticking a mount on the chin bar, and was thinking about maybe doing it on the forehead of the helmet or the underside of the visor like you had. For the visor, I have raised POC lettering down the middle of it, did you have that too? If so, did you just stick the mount over one of the letters? Also, does the visor ever bounce around when you hit chunk? Sort of thinking about putting a curved mount on the forehead but scared to stick things to my brand new shiny helmet :/

All of the Coron Airs have the raised lettering under the visor. I used a flat stick on mount and applied a lot of pressure so that the sticky foam molded around the letters, you can also heat the sticky stuff up with a hair drier or lighter to get it to mold and stick better.
Pro tip: Only thing that stinks is when ever the visor moves the camera pics up that noise. I took some stick on felt between the visor mounts and the noise is now gone.

Jordan boostmaster mounted a go pro to the SIDE of his full face. Made for some pretty epic shots, however a go pro is some amount of weight that is hanging off the side of your head lol

Good Video and good Idea but for your Riding Style you don't realy need a Fullface helmet. I mean you can but its a bit Overkill for me.
