Lack of sunlight can cause eczema, so can harsh soaps, as well processed foods like white sugar, white flour, and caffeine, alcohol, and table salt.

So true!... I once bought your strategy plan for clear skin. I did a elimination diet... I reacted on all animal food. But after a while my skin cleared up and now: I eat healthy and natural, but once in a while some unhealthy foods... My skin is now ok with it. 😎👍

This is so true! I cut out diary and gluten for 2 weeks and my redness and irritation went away. My skin became really dry and itchy but I tried not to scratch it for a week and moisturized frequently and my skin is better than ever now - almost back to normal and I hope it stays good.

If you want a quick answer, allergy testing can be a quick way to find the trigger food without the faff of doing elimination diets. Just make sure the test includes the major allergen triggers.

For me it’s lactose, and soy. Also when eating lactosefree dairy, above a certain level I get breakouts, I guess I have a certain threshold level for casein protein.
When eating too much bread and cookies I get these breakouts as well, I think because of having had too much gluten.
Also can’t handle tomato paste or tomato sauce, but can have unprocessed tomatoes, maybe because of the nickel that’s inside those cans. Also have hay fever and that protein is similar to the one found in tomatoes.

In this manner you will be able to eliminate all the waste deposed in your intestines, for the Chinese medicine knows upon the assignment: skin --> bowels.

    Metals?

    • @ayamayahnaturals9986
      @ayamayahnaturals9986 9 місяців тому

Heavy metals, such as nickel, chromium, and cobalt, have been linked to the development or exacerbation of eczema (atopic dermatitis) through a process known as contact dermatitis. Here's how it works:
      1. Skin Contact: Individuals can come into contact with heavy metals through various sources, including jewelry (e.g., earrings, bracelets), clothing accessories (e.g., zippers, snaps), and occupational exposures (e.g., certain industrial environments).
      2. Skin Sensitization: When these heavy metals come into contact with the skin, they can lead to sensitization. This means that the body's immune system recognizes the metal as a harmful substance and mounts an immune response.
      3. Inflammatory Response: In individuals with eczema, this immune response can trigger inflammation in the skin, leading to the characteristic redness, itching, and rash associated with the condition. The inflammation can further compromise the skin barrier, leading to increased susceptibility to other irritants and allergens.
      4. Exacerbation of Eczema: For individuals who are already prone to eczema, exposure to heavy metals can exacerbate the condition, leading to flare-ups and worsening symptoms.
It's important to note that not everyone will develop eczema as a result of heavy metal exposure, and the severity of the reaction can vary widely among individuals. If you suspect that heavy metal exposure is contributing to your eczema or if you have concerns about this issue, it's best to consult with a dermatologist or healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation and personalized recommendations.

Mine turned out to be salicylates. It’s mostly foods you think are healthy.
Dairy, bread, milk chocolate, sugar, Im pretty much fine.
Seafood and eggs, maybe but the worst is high salicylate foods like apples, most fruits and olive oil.
By sticking to the low salicylate fruit, veg, herbs and spices, and oils my skin is nearly perfect.
It’s limiting but I’m a lot less miserable.
    MSM supplements also help.
