Thank u sis my son has eczema since he is born it's very painfull to see him in this condition, coz he doesn't understand the precautions, pray for my child
Christina. Thank you. You are one of very few on You Tube who gets to the point early and with clarity. It is a pleasure hearing you out because it is so easy to understand you.
So true!... I once bought your strategy plan for clear skin. I did a elimination diet... I reacted on all animal food. But after a while my skin cleared up and now: I eat healthy and natural, but once in a while some unhealthy foods... My skin is now ok with it. 😎👍
This is so true! I cut out diary and gluten for 2 weeks and my redness and irritation went away. My skin became really dry and itchy but I tried not to scratch it for a week and moisturized frequently and my skin is better than ever now - almost back to normal and I hope it stays good.
Update: My skin is back to normal and has been good for 2 months straight now! Sometimes I indulge in ice cream and cheese and I’ll get a little red rash on my neck but taking Benadryl makes it go away the next day.
Hello Good day ! This is Jelani McKenzie from NYC and I'm also dealing with the fight with eczema and I'm hoping to finally combat this once and for all.
I feel that I’ve always had a problem with dairy products, and my culture loves drinking tea with cows milk almost 3x a day so when I go back to the states, I hope to try this elimination plan to identify my triggers. Thank you so much !!
Have been of diary products for months than I felt like having cow milk in my coffee and tea had cheese a couple times. My arms got under extremely eczema the same week as I purchased those now I'll have to cut it out again I put honey in my drinks now
Im 22 and my eczema just appears now Pls keep posting videos it helps to understand my skin better And watching videoa like this make me feel like im not alone in this thanks
For me it was soy, for my partner it was milk and shellfish. If you want a quick answer, allergy testing can be a quick way to find the trigger food without the faff of doing elimination diets. Just make sure the test includes the major allergen triggers.
Thank you so much Christina. I am 72 years old and I never had problems with eczema till end of 2021. I have never suffered like this all my life. I have stopped eating sweets, bread and dairy. I eat eggs and bacon every morning. My question to you is are eggs not good for me? Please help. I am going to try and follow all that you said.
Thank you! I've been getting eczema in the summer! I thought if was from the heat. I've been using castor oil on the eczema and it helped a little. It never occurred to me, it could be Dairy! In the summer, I'm obsessed with ice cream, cheesecakes, pasta salad, bbq brisket, sweets, etc.. I was actually eating an ice cream cone as I was the video, without knowing. 🤣
Im 28 yrs old and my eczema started flare especially around my neck, chest and my head scalp... Right now im avoid oil, soy, nuts, ketchup, red meat, ketchup, cold foods...i only eat some common fish that not trigger my eczema..grill fish and white rice everyday 😢... Damnly miss the taste of red meat and seafood😢😢
For me it’s lactose, and soy. Also when eating lactosefree dairy, above a certain level I get breakouts, I guess I have a certain threshold level for casein protein. When eating too much bread and cookies I get these breakouts as well, I think because of having had too much gluten. Also can’t handle tomato paste or tomato sauce, but can have unprocessed tomatoes, maybe because of the nickel that’s inside those cans. Also have hay fever and that protein is similar to the one found in tomatoes.
Did anything in this video help you? Leave a me a thumbs up! 👍 PS: If you want to get rid of eczema naturally, come join my Clear Skin Plan: flawlessmembers.com/

I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy... I have such bad pregnancy induced eczema. Do you think that if I change my diet my levels will go back to normal? Since my hormones are crazy I'm not sure if I can even fully eliminate it even with all the diet changes.
Thank you so much for this educational video because I have eczema I've seen a dermatologist for the 1st time for it he did prescribe some topical ointments all those help I think I need something different I'm getting some blood work soon to see if I don't have any food allergies But I didn't know about the food at your you eat that a kid make it worse so much again thank you so much for this video and I'm really gonna start focusing on what I eat for now
The best skin care - this concerns an eczema too - will be to swallow regularly 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil, this the best early in the morning on an empty stomach. In this manner you will be able to eliminate all the waste deposed in your intestines, for the Chinese medicine knows upon the assignment: skin --> bowels.
Sorry that sounds hard. Definitely try looking into your diet it can help to change some foods around. Also I'll be making a video on facial eczema soon you might like that one so stay tuned 🤗
Heavy metals, such as nickel, chromium, and cobalt, have been linked to the development or exacerbation of eczema (atopic dermatitis) through a process known as contact dermatitis. Here's how it works: 1. Skin Contact: Individuals can come into contact with heavy metals through various sources, including jewelry (e.g., earrings, bracelets), clothing accessories (e.g., zippers, snaps), and occupational exposures (e.g., certain industrial environments). 2. Skin Sensitization: When these heavy metals come into contact with the skin, they can lead to sensitization. This means that the body's immune system recognizes the metal as a harmful substance and mounts an immune response. 3. Inflammatory Response: In individuals with eczema, this immune response can trigger inflammation in the skin, leading to the characteristic redness, itching, and rash associated with the condition. The inflammation can further compromise the skin barrier, leading to increased susceptibility to other irritants and allergens. 4. Exacerbation of Eczema: For individuals who are already prone to eczema, exposure to heavy metals can exacerbate the condition, leading to flare-ups and worsening symptoms. It's important to note that not everyone will develop eczema as a result of heavy metal exposure, and the severity of the reaction can vary widely among individuals. If you suspect that heavy metal exposure is contributing to your eczema or if you have concerns about this issue, it's best to consult with a dermatologist or healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation and personalized recommendations.
I'm 18 years old. I got this skin condition when i was 16. I have it on my legs ,elbows, and my back area. I have met many doctors My legs are really ugly.well I'm girl and i don't wear any short dress now. I don't know what to do. Two Doctor told me that it's because mosquito bites another one told me about fungal infection and the other told me it's an eczema. I have used those medicine. It's just go away for short time and come back again What should i do? I don't see any food that causing it? (My English is bad)
I am suspecting the lemon is causing my skin to get itchy. I started taking lemon tea and lemon juice with stevia and my feet and areas behind my knees and elbows became itchy.
Can you please tell me what moisturising cream I can use for my face ? Before I went to doctor and he told me to use cetraben cream but my face starts burning once I use it. If I do not use the cream my face gets drier and becomes very tight. Waiting for your reply.
Probably you might be intolerant to the parafin , nice one that works for my face it's la Roche posay AP balm one it's body cream but can be used on face too
For natural creams ones with honey or oatmeal in them seem to work great for the face. I'm actually posting more about facial eczema soon, so stay tuned I can give some tips there 😊💕
The moisturizer that I use for my face and has worked really great for me is Jojoba oil. It is similar to the oil (sebum) your body naturally produces that your skin can’t tell the difference. It's also noncomedogenic which shouldn't clog your pores.
Yes it definitely can especially avoiding gluten. For some reason it seems to trigger that type of eczema. I'm actually making a video on this soon, stay tuned! 😊
Amazing diet video on eczema management! 💚 I had severe eczema and Planet Ayurveda's herbal supplements helped soothe my skin and reduce flare-ups. My neighbor's child also benefited from their products. Thanks to the mam and this channel for sharing such valuable insights!
Mine turned out to be salicylates. It’s mostly foods you think are healthy. Dairy, bread, milk chocolate, sugar, Im pretty much fine. Seafood and eggs, maybe but the worst is high salicylate foods like apples, most fruits and olive oil. By sticking to the low salicylate fruit, veg, herbs and spices, and oils my skin is nearly perfect. It’s limiting but I’m a lot less miserable. MSM supplements also help.
I like this girl. She gets right down to business. No useless waste of time. Bless you!
Lack of sunlight can cause eczema, so can harsh soaps, as well processed foods like white sugar, white flour, and caffeine, alcohol, and table salt.

It can
what if my parents cant aford food thats non frozen?
Frozen doesnt necessarilymean worse. I recommend the channel on UA-cam glucose goddess- stabile glucose levels can prevent inflammation and eczma.
i can quit everything except Caffeine I'm addicted to coffe 😭
Avoid all grains, dairy, meat, simple
Do you eat eggs?
Dairy triggers it need do a lot of cleansing…
If eczema is gone, I can eat all this food or lifetime no to eat?
