Wonderful and well thought out video! I am currently trying to heal my eczema flare up. It was the worst in 2021 after I using a topical corticosteroid cream for some time. I eat healthy but the consistent excersise is lacking which I'm trying to get back into again.
My eczema was in remission for 12 years when I was very active and my skin was flawless. I've found that even a brisk 20-minute walk daily really improves the skin. 20 mins of red light 2-3 times daily also helps heal the cuts from scratching faster.
In regards to sleep, my sleep is up and down lately, which affects how quickly my eczema heals, but I've found that a high quality B Complex vitamin + Vitamin D with food 4-5 hours before bed seems to calm my mind and urge to scratch in bed.
    Thank you!🙏

Thank you so much. I'm a 62 year old woman, and I started getting excema just 1 year ago. I generally eat healthy foods, but you've helped me see a great deal of what I need to change. I'm looking forward to more information. 🙂

I suffered with eczema for years. Too much bread or wheat seems to trigger it. I started taking dulcalax months ago and my skin is almost completely healed.

Hi! Did you ever get to the root cause? We are struggling over here as well with my 9 month old. We have tried literally every natural supplement and also steroid cream which works but then does come back.
Need to heal the gut but having difficulties doing this.

See a functional medicine doctor! They can order the tests to help diagnose the exact gut issue and provide insight into treatment. Another route is to use a NEAT Practioner. I know many moms who swear by them. I’m going to see one this week.

I have SIBO and hashimotos thyroid and am gluten sensitive. I now have a rash just on my lower arm before hand. I think some allergen got into the skin. It was itchy at first now it is just a red spot. with 4 little red babies following it.
