I'm so self conscious about the dry bumps on my legs I'm going to try the collagen and vitamin c and more protein. Thank you for this informational video 🫶🏽
Doctors don't have a good understanding of eczma, I've been thrown on steroid creams since I was a child 22 now with a steroid cream skin withdrawal issue. You gotta find your triggers, alter your diet to be anti inflammatory as much as your willing to, and follow a strict skin management regiment. Wish you well with managing it
As an adult who relapsed with eczema/Atopic Dermatitis (which I had as a child but without it for decades, relapsed) and got better quickly recently-basically eczema is an energy overflow issue with vitamin b complex deficiency. It’s not allergy but AD people are not good at generating protein on skin. In my experience it got pretty much cured with lower fat (but take 20-30 mg omega 3, 6, vitamin A, zinc, iodine, vitamin b6, 1, 12 , 2, zero need for veganism), moderate protein, carbs are fine but if you eat too much sugar too fast your metabolism speeds up too much and your cell runs out of vitamin b and fat, protein, causing those itchy dry patches. Kids get AD often because their bodies are small and eating too much cause metabolic issue. Adults now get eczema because we eat a lot these days. They know all this vitamin b deficiency with high metabolism caused AD in mouse studies. This explains why both healthy low fat vegan (= lower energy intake as food tastes pretty crappy with fiber) and carnivore (=slower metabolism due to low carb) work for eczema as well as fasting. Smaller meals timed also help because our cells can’t take too much metabolizing in a short time.
Thank you so much. So this means I should cut down on my fat intake, mine is very high eating lots of butter and coconut fat, is that what is making it worse?
Thanks Christina. My kiddo is half Filipino and black. He has eczema so bad that he does back flips all night and none of us gets any sleep. I look forward to applying your tips
Excellent information that really matters, thank you!! I love how you also gave very useful and specific, clearly explained information on choosing the right types of supplements, what to look for! So important and useful! What about probiotics; rebalancing the microbiome in our gut that could be the root of our problems? Do you have any videos or information on this? Also, in detoxing from toxic chemicals and medications that are likely the cause of our toxic overload and explosion of inflammation? Thank you! God bless you!💗

Protein makes sense. However, I was told by a dermatologist I could no longer eat chicken, fish, eggs. Even beef gives me flare ups :(. I guess the only other alternatives are beans and rice, protein powders, and moringa. Any other suggestions?
Interesting because a lot of peoples eczema flares due to histamine intolerance. A lot of high histamine foods are traditionally ‘healthy’ like fish, avocado, tomatoes, spinach, nuts, seeds, citrus fruits, eggplant, eggs etc
My trigger foods are eggs nuts gluten dairy sugar🥴 I would definitely do a fruit diet. I also use aloe Vera straight from the garden over my nummular eczema flair ups..it made it so much better in looks and feels. Could tinea versicolor be linked to dermatitis
Your triggers are similar to mine. Peanut butter, nuts, and high gluten foods flare my skin up! Other things that trigger my skin are scented laundry detergents, very strong perfumes, the hot air, certain fabrics, and sadly scented body washes 😫!
