- Better than CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES ! These easy churro chocolate chip cookies are a fun spin on classic chocolate chip cookies! The perfect cross between a chocolate chip cookie recipe and snickerdoodles!

Easy Churro Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe:
- 110 g Soft Butter ( 1 sticks)
- 75 g Brown Sugar ( 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp )
- 75 g White Sugar (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 1 Egg
- 175 g All Purpose Flour ( 1 1/4 cup )
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Around 150 g Chocolate cut into small pieces (5-6 ounces)
- 3-4 tbsp Cinnamon sugar to coat the cookies (Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Add as much cinnamon you like.

What is the replacement for the egg? I love your recipes, thank you for the extra video
If you don’t have a convection/fan setting on your oven (older ovens in the US tend to only be hot air) you can use an air fryer, if you have one they are just mini convection ovens.

These remind me of cookies I loved as a kid. They were Keebler brand and called Magic Middles. OMG, they were sooooo good!

Hi love! That's ok! You don't need the fan! The fan just gives the cookies that extra crunchy top. Your cookies will still be amazing! But softer!
