Glazed Donuts Recipe:
- 3 tbsp (40g) Butter
- 1/2 cup (120g) Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp (45g) Sugar
- 1 tsp Yeast ( DON'T add it on top of the salt)
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour ( 280g)
Donut Glaze:
- 2 cups (240g) Powdered Sugar
- 5 tbsp (75g) Butter
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla

made it yesterday using instant yeast. it was the easiest، fluffiest and the most delicious doughnuts recipe I've ever made. personally next time I'll use less sugar in the dough since I'm coating it with something sweet anyway. thank you for sharing this great recipe، the whole family loved it.

Im definitely getting the cookbook, this is the one of the best easy baking channel. I was about to give up baking cuz of all the difficult/ super long steps of other recipes, then i found out about blender banana and carrot cake, now i literally make them weekly cuz we always have over riped bananas in the house, but NOW we dont throw them away😊😊

Omg OMG Emma i made these and THEY TURNED OUT SOOO GOOD.
I mean there’s plenty of recipes i have tried honestly even the ones with severe kneeding. But i never got these kinda light airy and soft doughnuts as the one you taught us.
You are indeed the best teacher and a baker out there. Just made our lives so easy. The truth is that the texture of the doughnuts were so light it felt like i used Bread Flour. But i used AP flour as usual.
I just love your voice. I dont have the funds atm to order the book but i will grab a copy as soon as i do. I really love your recipes. Donuts were one thing i just could t get right until these. So thanks...

I like to make donuts, but always put the butter and salt the last after mixing the other because they said that the yeast wouldn't bloom if I mix it at the beginning. Your way is surprised me, but it looks simpler. I would like to try it ! Thanks!
